We were in town for our son's wedding. It also occurred with the Blue Angels being in town, and local graduation. In spite of the hotel being extremely busy, the staff were attentive and polite to every single customer ( and the lobby was full!). Each customer was expedited efficiently and with charm. Our son also had out of town friends attend, we had visitors from Scotland with us, younger son from Brooklyn, and sister from Mississippi. We all enjoyed our stay there.
As for meals, we only had breakfasts there, which were absolutely delicious and plentiful.
Enjoyed a wonderful wedding and a comfortable welcoming place to go back to each evening.
When back in area, will definitely stay again!

Greeted by a woman who asked how she could help, told her I had a reservation and she then walked back into the office and had another man come out and check us in. He gave me the keys and went through the the normal speech never mentioning my priority club status. After he was done I told him I wanted the points, he had a confused look so I clarified for the welcome rewards I would like the 500 points. He then told me that was for priority club platinum members only. I kindly told him to check my reservation and make sure my priority club number was there. He did and again I repeated I wanted the points and again he told me it was for platinum members of which I responded I was platinum and then walked away.
I Was put into room 328.
The king size sheets on a queen bed was a nice touch...
The night stand lamp and clock that were not plugged in and no outlet with in site was special as well. The cracked and pealing ceiling in the bathroom. Along with the broken up and splintering door were only capped by the ceiling vent that looks like it is growing a science experiment. I am still trying to figure out why you there were full size bars of ivory soap. I hope you are sending them to the group that recycles them and ships them over seas for the less fortunate to use. If not that's awful and such a waste.
With the current state of this hotel even though I am a platinum elite rewards member I might be staying with a competitor next time. Glad the lobby is getting a remodel but the rooms needed it more.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I would have enjoyed it even more if complementary breakfast were provided, but it was not. I must be spoiled by other hotels that do provide it for free. Overall, a very nice stay and a very comfortable room.
