Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great little vacation We had a great time staying at this hotel. I would definitely return in the future. The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. Our room with a king size bed and a sofabed was plenty large for our family of 5 (rented a cot in addition). The kids loved the pool and wanted to swim more than we had time for. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was decent - had some fresher food compared to typical hotels' breakfast. October 6, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What a nice little surprise I was so surprisingly pleased by this spot. I'd stayed at the old Pittsford HIE in the past, and it was so old and run down. I wasn't expecting much better, but I was surprised! The place was clean and quiet and I had a great room and a great sleep. In addition, the fitness center was totally spotless. Thanks! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent stay! We were in town for our daughter's wedding. The location was close to everywhere we needed to go. The room was very comfortable, clean and secure. We used the room for our daughter to prepare for the wedding and we had plenty of room and the lighting was perfect. All in all, our stay couldn't have been any better! October 1, 2015

But when I needed help from staff, such as a television channel listing or help with a lost item, there was a lack of follow through. Would stay hear again. Staff may need more training. I was a little disappointed they no longer had the chef making made to order omelets and eggs but I am understanding as to the stress a chef could feel when the hotel is crowded and the line backed up. The breakfast items were expanded from the last time I was there and I did not walk away hungry. all of the staff from housekeeping to the front desk and in the dining areas were very attentive and spoke to me first in greeting. acknowledgement of guests is a big issue in most hotels. We make a visit to that area once a year and plan on staying at this hotel in the future. September 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by would return, very comfortable All staff was friendly, responsive and professional, in the reception area, the housekeeping staff and in the dining area. The room and the overall hotel was very clean. The pool looked clean though my granddaughter said there were dead spiders in one end but it did not stop her swimming there so it must not have been a big deal. We both LOVED the pillows. The only thing I did not care for was the coffee, it was ok but not great. Would definitely return. The complimentry breakfast was decent. September 23, 2015
