Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by ROCH This is the third stay in a row where u just didn't get the quality I expect from IHG. My bed was so hard I couldn't get comfortable and my heater couldn't sustain a normal temp. When the room felt right, the wall thermostat read 65°F. I had to co stantly get up to change the temp because it went from freezing to boiling, no middle ground. Finally got close to.comfortable if I turned the heat on low and kept the window open all night February 6, 2014

The front desk staff, the restaurant and housekeeping were excellent and after checking in and getting settled the service outweighed the parking issues. Thanks for a great stay!! January 12, 2014
