Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great hotel, location and staff my wife and I go to mayo every 21 days from NW ND and we now consider the Holiday Inn our home away from home. we ride amtrak from our home to Winona and get a shuttle from there directly to the Holiday Inn. we have no negative comments whatsoever. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room, easy access to parking/convention center This Holiday Inn is a comfortable, convenient hotel for downtown Rochester use. Access from the parking ramp is easy, as is the walk to the convention center through the skyways. Full menu breakfast is served in the the restaurant with voucher. The room was extremely quiet for a winter Saturday night! February 3, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Slow Service and Broken/Unsafe Recreation Equipment Overall, I enjoy staying at this property because of its location and overall atmosphere. I always have problems with the breakfast service though. They severely understaff their restaurant given that it's attached to a hotel, and it has made me late for meetings even when I allocate 40 minutes for breakfast. I ran into this problem at night as well. The waitress wouldn't refill our drinks and would routinely forget our requests and it would take over 15-20 minutes to catch her attention again. This last stay I also had issues with the lobby personnel not programming both of my room keys, causing me to get locked out of my room in the morning when I grabbed the wrong key card - minor inconvenience, but I'm still baffled how they can neglect to program both keys when they give them to you. Lastly, the bike in the fitness center was completely broken and wouldn't even turn on. Overall, next trip I'll likely stay elsewhere. February 1, 2016
