Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by mjkh bathroom layout cumbersome
Upon opening the bathroom door, you practically fall into the toilet. Lighting over shower in non-existent. Hotel building was noisy; could hear vents, etc. during the night. Business center is not private at all, layout does not allow for more than one party to comfortably use at a time. Outside of building is very cold and institution looking. Skyway is convenient as is parking ramp. Price to park is quite high. Would be nice for hotel guests with extended stays to get much better parking rate.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Couldntbelieveit If you want to be the maid come here, but the staff is Friendly
I stayed at this hotel a year ago, June or July of 2013 for a trip to Mayo and liked it enough to come back...
Some things had changed. Staff was still friendly, however the bed had dried blood spots, long dark hairs, and what looked and appeared to be dried white Male fluids on the green cover they put at the end of the for looks.
When this was brought to the staffs attn, they were phylogenetic about it, but instead of them changing my bedding I was handed a hand full of of sheet and when I asked if I were to change the bed I was told yes and to leave the old sheets in the hall. We had a very late arrival and my husband went to grab dinner. If we would have felt better and not just got done with a 6 hour drive we probably would have left. I was shocked, considering the late time I was their our experience was great! The front desk ppl changed within a half hour of us arriving and were both nice, but you NEVER had a guest do your job!!
