Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't expect them to clean the room if aviodable I could not get my room cleaned I would leave around 12 the first day and when I came back that evening it was not cleaned and there had been no dd on the door since around noon when I called to get it cleaned they brought me up towels. The next day when I left also around noon I let the front desk know I was leaving and I wanted my room cleaned they said they had a note to clean my room and it would be as long as there was no dd on the door. When I returned around 230 it still had not been cleaned I went down to front desk and could not understand why it was not cleaned. Then I received a call around 315 informing me that the head house keeper was leaving and that they could clean my room right then this did not work for me though I had come to town for a wedding which was at 4 and I was getting ready for it I told them that they could clean it then but I was informed they could only clean it right then that the house keeper was leaving and I said yes I want it cleaned but it will have to be after 4 it was not a possibility right now. I went to wedding and stopped back by my room around 7 to get my phone it still was not cleaned so I called the front desk up and was informed the house keeper was gone and they could bring up more towels I said I wanted my room cleaned and the linens changed that i was not going to be in the room but would like it cleaned when I got back so when I got back to the room it still had not been cleaned the massive pile of towels accumulated over the last 2 days was gone and new clean stack laid on the sink. I really expect to have my room cleaned and tried to even help them by letting them know when I left very irritating September 1, 2015

Hotel staff at check-in were very friendly, room was clean and nicely decorated, loved the shower, cleaning staff was nice and very friendly. Really enjoyed meal at the hotel restaurant. Everything was Great no complaints. September 1, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great facility, work on the customer service Excellent amenities, it felt like a boutique hotel. I stayed on the second to top floor and had a great view of the city. The common areas looked impeccable. The front desk staff could use some improvement in making sure customers waiting to check-in or check-out are acknowledged. I understand sometimes the staff may be short-handed or busy, but it never helps to leave the front desk unmanned or to leave one or two or more guests waiting without an acknowledgement. Perhaps phone calls should be shortened or a short break taken to address guests one-off or super quick requests? No harm, no foul, but that was my only, ONLY criticism. Other than that small mistake, the facilities are wonderful and I recommend this hotel to everyone. August 31, 2015

I mentioned it to the desk clerk as she printed my receipt--her very distracted and uninterested response was "...oh...I know..." I'm pretty sure she didn't even hear what I said. We use this hotel only because it's close to the festivals in the District. August 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice location downtown nice location in downtown Rock Island. Next to their district area with restaurants and bars. Fairly small district, but a nice little area to be in. Hotel is basic but nice, there is a Bennigan's restaurant attached to it, we ate there, nice staff, limited menu. The people working the front desk at the hotel were nice on both days August 26, 2015
