Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable room and the staff was great We stayed for our granddaughters State Tumbling meet and there were a lot of other kids there, but you wouldn't have known it. With as many kids as were there, it was quite (except for the pool ;-) ) The only bad thing I would say is that I was a little disappointed that there was not a free breakfast of any kind. Would have been a little more convenient. But there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room so it was easily taken care of. April 30, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dated and overpriced, but had a redeeming staff member We stayed here for a soccer tournament. Of all the places we've stayed for soccer weekends, this was the worst. Dated room, lumpy beds, non-functioning, loud air conditioner, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter landing, the elevators were so slow that we ended up carrying our suitcases up and down five flights, and on top of that, for $130 a night, there was no breakfast or voucher. Typically, when a whole team stays in the same hotel (20+ families) the hotel provides a team breakfast if they do not normally have a free breakfast. Upon checking out, I politely listed my grievances when I was asked whether we enjoyed our stay. To my surprise, Andrew, the staff member to whom I complained, called me and apologized for a bad experience, and took $20 off our bill. It was still an unpleasant experience,but I admire Andrew for doing something to make it better. April 23, 2015
