Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unfulfilled maintenance on air system in room Sam and Bob are great at the bar. However, requested air be fixed in room and never did. Breakfast too overpriced for company allotment to cover so I have to go to Dunkin Donuts down the road to eat. Been a Priority Club member for years and best amenity I could get from front desk is bottle water. Overall, better hotels in area. October 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sunday Night Stay Hi, Overall, I liked this hotel. The two areas of improvement are as follows: 1.) Not so sure the thermostat works. I set the temp to 65 degrees, but I don't know that it ever got down that low as I woke up sweaty at 2am. Luckily, I fell back to sleep quickly and woke up fresh a few hours later. 2.) The regular room rate is ridiculously high. I got a special rate from an area business that I was interviewing with, which made it affordable. Otherwise, it was out of my budget, and in my opinion, this hotel does not warrant the price it regularly charges. Kathy at the front desk was very pleasant at check-in and at booking. The hotel was clean and quiet. I hope these comments are helpful. October 2, 2014
