Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Hotel in Roger, AR Over the years we have traveled to Rogers, AR to visit friends and family. This is the best hotel that we have stayed at!! The Staff was GREAT and went out of there way to help with receiving and sending paperwork for a house that we are buying. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. The beds are better than what we have at home. We would highly Recommend for business or pleasure travelers!! December 29, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sink leaked on bathroom floor Noisy room by I540. The bathroom sink drain leaked all over the bathroom floor. The "free" bfast buffet was a joke so we went to Waffle House. A/C heat on/off woke us up several times. This place is really dated!! December 28, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One of the better Holiday Inns This was my first time to stay at this particular Holiday Inn. I was there for business. The hotel looks and smells new. Our room was clean and comfortable, though close to the interstate and a little noisy. Most of the staff was friendly and courteous. The only disappointment was the restaurant. I prepaid breakfast when I booked my room. There was the usual Holiday Inn breakfast buffet, but there was nothing to drink except coffee and water. I saw the waitress bring other patrons (approximately 5 in the restaurant at the time) menus, but I was never offered one. So, I got up to use the buffet and the waitress asked my room number, which I gave, but that was the only time she talked to me. For a higher end Holiday Inn, breakfast was a disappointment. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, bad breakfast The lobby and the room were great. Two TVs in the room was a plus. The breakfast was terrible. I got the buffet and had to pay for it. The eggs were watery and bland. The pancakes were tough and the potatoes didn't really have a taste. There wasn't much selection. You get a MUCH better breakfast for free at the Holiday Inn Express. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible breakfast Bar We were in Rogers for three days for the craft fairs and stayed at this hotel.The staff was great,and the room was clean.. The first night the air handling unit in the wall sounded like the fan was out of balance making a noise like an idling diesel engine. We moved the next morning and the next room was fine. The breakfast bar was definitely not up to par with the hotel, the same greasy sausage and watery eggs every morning.. On the third day we left the property and went out for breakfast. I got the idea the on site restaurant was managed by a different company...I think the owners should offer a breakfast at least as good as near by Express hotels.. October 23, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Breakfast- My daughters and I stayed at your hotel and we expected the breakfast would be complimentary. It was not! If we were aware of this, we would not have stayed! Holiday Inn definitely needs to change this policy! The room was nice and clean but the pillows were the absolute worst I have ever used and all of us agreed! We will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. October 21, 2013

Room was very comfortable - beds, restrooms nice - all the things I want when traveling. Only thing if you can - ask to stay on the parking lot side, the highway side can be loud at night. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good overall We booked at the last minute and had to settle for a suite with a pull out couch instead of a room with 2 separate beds. The only problem was, when we went to pull out the couch, we found it was just a regular couch. After 2 calls to the very nice lady at the front desk (Dawn), she found us another room and moved us. Kudos to her. I would be embarrassed to put a guest in my home on that pull out mattress. It was thin, lumpy, and had no support. But at least it was a separate bed. Everything else was up to the usual high standards of Holiday Inn. September 22, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by overall experience even though I'm not sure I'm following the right sequence here I'm going to try and be fair. The breakfast buffet could use some serious improvement. The staff was ill informed on what was included and/or ready and available i.e. when you have buffet bread/toast should be included, there was a separate charge of $1.39 for 2 triangle pieces of toast. Coffee urn was empty on 2 different mornings and when I inquired I was told it would get replenished but that did not happen. I also had to ask 2 mornings in a row for butter to add to the paid for toast and the second morning I never received it. Scrambled eggs were acceptable as were the hash browns+sausage. Sorry but I do not eat biscuits & gravy so I would imagine you can substitute with some toast. We experienced a noise problem in our suite and were told it was a venting problem and could not be corrected. The WiFi connection was soso, you don't stay connected and you have to log in every time you leave your computer idle for 10 minutes.It would have been nice if the front desk attendant had told us on check in that the WiFi PIN changes every Friday! I messed around for an hour with my device in the room without being able to log on, went downstairs to the computer room, no access, went to the front desk to inquire and I was told kind of imperiously: oh but the pin changes every Friday!! A different front desk attendant came over to me 15 minutes later and apologized for not informing me of that at check in. On the other hand I was pleased with the service of the housekeeping attendants who were polite and accomodating when I asked for an extra blanket. August 22, 2013

The first item was that I had booked a room with a King Bed and the room I was given was two queen beds, since it was late I did not ask to be moved. But the noise from the cooling unit was terrible, I used ear plugs ( which I carry when traveling) which was barely effective it was enough to allow me to fall to sleep. But each time the unit kicked on it, I would be awakened. When I complained at the front desk the only response was that they were aware of the problem and had been working on it. There was no apology. June 5, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy ventilation The corner room I was in had a quite noisy blower. It was so bad that eventually I just turned off the heat. The food in the restaurant was so-so. The continental breakfast was mediocre. It was on the level of those I've eaten in Holiday Inn Express hotels. The lobby and grounds were well-maintained. I did not have an opportunity to use the pool or excercise room. May 11, 2013
