Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Consistent high standards and warm welcome We have used this airport Holiday Inn several times. It is conveniently placed to the terminals with a regular courtesy bus to and from the hotel. The staff are always welcoming and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. It is not a luxury hotel, but does not pretend to be. However, we prefer our overnight stays here (including dinner in the restaurant) to our previous stays in 5 star airport hotels, where the staff are less friendly one is charged for everything, including WiFi, which is free at the Holiday Inn. Travelling to one's eventual destination can be stressful, but we always feel we can rely on a warm welcome from the Holiday Inn. For this reason, we have also stayed at Holiday Inns when we have been en-route in other cities and have enjoyed the same pleasant experience. March 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient, clean and enjoyable! Had a 24 hr layover and this hotel was perfect for it. Great night's sleep in a very clean room with excellent bedding. Staff was extremely gracious and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Shuttle from CDG will drop you off and pick you up in front, so convenient! March 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by New and comfortable We had a good experience with the new looking hotel. Restaurant had tasty food with the buns so fresh they seemed recently baked on site. Staff helpful with all of our enquiries. Room clean and nice shower. Firm bed and a pull out couch for the 4 of us. Kettle and mini fridge in room, nice touch. Shuttle was a bit hard to find in Terminal 2. Called at last minute when had flight problems and appreciated the nice facility. Was a bit warm in room and had trouble adjusting temperature control. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Paris - Business I had a mixed view on the hotel. The check in was a nightmare (very slow) and the bar staff were not very friendly at all. We arrived late and the only food on offer was a microwave pasta dish or a ceasars salad. The pasta was awful. On a positive note, the room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was superb, as were the staff at breakfast. The shuttle bus to the hotel takes an age, as it stps off at several other hotels first., March 23, 2015
