We stayed here for just one night to catch an international flight out the next morning. Surprisingly for being close to the airport, it was incredibly quiet. The customer service was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. This is a great place to stay if you are needing accommodations near the airport.

Room was clean, but very small. Temp could not be controlled so was cold all the time. I speak English, but there were no English speaking channels on the TV except news. Asked the front desk for help with train schedules, location of tourist sites, etc., and could not get any information except to go to the train station and figure it out myself. No brochures in the hotel at all for sightseeing, etc. Service was good in the hotel restaurant, but the food was not. Their hand-held card swipe machine wasn't working, so had to pay with cash. Had to ask for a copy of my final bill. Shuttle to airport only goes to one terminal instead of three. Had to take a taxi when leaving. Too many other choices to stay in the immediate area to ever return to this one.

Amazing place to stay specially the near by village Rossy-en-France. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was also great

Comfortable hotel with excellent dinner. However, we had to wait a considerable length of time for the shuttle bus from the airport and the journey took about 20 mintues

Room is too small . there is no room service after 11 pm
As far as i know a 4 star holiday inn hotel should provide 24 hours room serivce
Also hotel was unabel to provide a quick airport transfair

I am a travel agent and was working all summer in Ukraine with groups. My husband and I were looking for a really comfortable hotel at Charles De Gaulle for our many groups who stop for the night. Also, we were planning the schedule for a group tour of France. When we found this Holiday Inn after staying at 3 other airport hotels at Ch. De Gaulle in the past, we were sure we had found a jewel. The staff is professional - yet friendly. The rooms are well appointed with all you could need and more space than we have had in past trips to Paris. The beds and bedding are so very comfortable. The breakfast has so many quality items and a choice of European and American coffee. We left for our plane saying, "Since we always rent a car, why can't we just stay here all of the time when we are in France?"

Staff were very professional at all times. Location (CDG) was perfect for my needs. I'll certainly try to use this hotel in the future. I travel through 3 or 4 times a year.
