We had some challenges with the shuttle from the airport (remember to ask them to schedule the shuttle and leave the name of the person who will be flying in...) that caused a delay. The service for supper was very slow. However, it was a decent place with clean confortable furniture at a decent price. I'd stay again. October 18, 2014

Although the restaurant did not include any vegan/vegetarian items on the menu, the staff was extremely accommodating. Fernando personally made sure that I received an excellent vegan burrito on the last night of my stay. I really felt honored and appreciated that the restaurant staff worked with me to meet my dietary needs. All of the staff were kind and considerate during my stay. The rooms just need some upgrades such as new or refinished doors and repainting. The restaurant menu seemed corporate and would greatly benefit from the knowledge and insight of local staff. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed but service and maintenance issues. Two of the five rooms had issues with the key card access and one room had to have maintenance let them in three times. One room was billed incorrectly. I spoke with the front desk and he never got back with me like he assured me he would. I had to go back again the next morning and speak with someone else and we are waiting to see if the credit was issued to the account. The restaurant service was Terrible! They were understaffed. Long wait for food and checks. The kids food came long after the adults. Two of the thirteen orders were not as ordered. The Holidome area and amenities for the kids were nice but there were issues. The tiki chairs were SO uncomfortable and made it hard for family to sit in the commons area and visit. Some of them were actually broken and shouldn't have even been there. October 16, 2014
