Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by First expericence in this hotel I come for the first time in this hotel. I appreciated the staff, very available and kind. However, my sleep experience was very unsatisfactory because of continuous noise during the night, and also because I have been waken up by a "puff" every 30 minutes starting at 6.30. I reported my experience to the reception and I hope they fix them, before to consider to come back. December 9, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gutes Hotel für Städtetrip Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war angenehm, das Personal gr��ßtenteils sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstückspersonal war teilweise etwas langsam. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber für einen Städtetrip ausreichend, da wir nur zum Schlafen/Duschen dort waren. Es gibt keinen Schrank, sondern nur Bügel im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers, was uns jedoch vollkommen gereicht hat. Das Bett und die Kissen waren bequem. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nur kalte Luft ausgespuckt, auch bei Hochdrehen der Temperatur. Da es Anfang November allerdings noch nicht richtig kalt war, haben wir die Klimaanlage einfach abgeschaltet, damit es nicht kälter wird. Ein Fenster zum Lüften konnte man leider auch nicht kippen/öffnen. Anscheinend hat man Angst, dass die Gäste aus dem Fenster springen/fallen. Das Bad war sehr klein, aber für unsere Zwecke ausreichend. Man sollte bei Gelegenheit die Silikonfugen säubern oder erneuern und den Duschkopf entkalken. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer sauber und modern. Im Flur des Stockwerks stand ein Automat mit Wasser, Eistee und Cola, was auch ganz angenehm war, wenn man abends Durst hat, denn das Hotel liegt schon recht abseits. Toll ist dafür die Busverbindung. Der Bus fährt genau vor dem Hotel ab und die Endstation ist nach 20 - 30 Min (je nach Verkehr) in der Nähe der Altstadt und Engelsbrücke - ein schöner zentraler Ausgangspunkt. Die Buspreise sind günstig und jede Fahrt ein Erlebnis. Sehr positiv war auf jeden Fall die Lobby und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Wir durften auf Nachfrage sogar bis 13 Uhr anstatt max. 12 Uhr im Zimmer bleiben, da unser Flug erst später ging. Geht wahrscheinlich nicht immer, aber uns wurde es möglich gemacht, was wir ganz toll fanden. Alles in allem zu empfehlen für kürzere Aufenthalte in entspannter, moderner Atmosphäre, wenn man nicht unbedingt einen Wellnesstempel braucht. November 14, 2014

The bus stop was right outside of the hotel and about three miles from the Metro and Vatican City. The room was very quiet. About 20 minutes from the international airport. November 10, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent facilities, shame about staffing levels This is a modern, well equipped hotel - room especially comfortable, apart from the annoyance that the air conditioning, despite being switched off, kept coming on in middle of night. No instructions that I could find. That, plus noisy piping for water (not insulated at all), meant a disturbed night/early morning. Main problem however was the level of staffing at reception. I must stress that those that were fully trained (and spoke English) were excellent and very willing, but there was far too few (just one at times) for a busy hotel (many groups), and the staff that did not speak English - not a problem, as it is a hotel in Italy - unfortunately did not seem trained to do anything basic that even with my lack of Italian should not have been a problem (e.g. printing my bill). Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It´s good but could be better The air conditioner didn´t work well, we asked for an iron and was dirty, burned and didn´t work. We were two and the room didn´t have any amenities as a sleepers and bathrobe. Breakfast as a Platinum was good!! And the room service also was good. October 10, 2014
