Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Value Shuttle bus infrequent, poorly indicated at the airport and driver refused to let us board the shuttle because we were at the wrong pick up point even though it was the last shuttle of the night which incurred us a 40Euro taxicab. The driver appeared to speak no English which is peculiar for someone who has to deal with international guests daily. The carpet, fixtures and electrical outlet were very dated in the room and it was extremely noisy in the hotel at midnight which forced us to call reception desk. The WiFi was poor. April 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great food I loved the spaghetti carbornara that we ate for dinner. It was well prepared. We also liked the breakfast especially the omelette bar. The shuttle was great to the airport and the staff was friendly. I also liked that there is a travel agency there. I wish the pool area would have been opened. April 11, 2015

Buona sistemazione per le vacanze pasquali con la famiglia; camera confortevole, con due letti doppi, in cui abbiamo soggiornato due adulti e due ragazzi. Location non proprio comoda per raggiungere il centro storico di Roma. Ho utilizzato l'auto e la metropolitana (Eur Magliana), favorito anche dall'assenza del traffico congestionante dei giorni lavorativi. In alternativa mi sarei servito del servizio navetta dell'hotel. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by small beds, limited shuttle service any hotel should be reconsidering standard double beds. they are not big enough for 2 people. holiday inn is a well known chain and its directors know that such a limited shuttle service would never be accepted in american society. the time of our arrival caused us to miss one shuttle by a few minutes. the next one was not for almost 2 hours. we were tired from a long flight from asia. we accepted to pay for a taxi which is one of our biggest travel mistakes ever. the driver did not drive in any lane or use common sense at any moment of the trip. our taxi ride was a nightmare of high speed, driving down the center line, on the shoulder, weaving in and out of traffic. i hold the hotel's poor shuttle service as the reason why. we chose holiday inn for its shuttle. in addition, the breakfast buffet might have been great but at that price, we chose to eat something at the bar.
