Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel in Rome, as usual I have been pleased to come again to the Holiday Inn Parco de Medici in Rome. Easy access, complimentary parking, shuttle for the airport, close to public transportations, great staff, warm welcome, extraordinary renovated rooms, good restaurant. Gym and outdoor pool (for warmer weather). My compliments to the whole staff, from the front desk to the restaurant. I recommend and I will come again. December 10, 2014

There are very small things that I would pick on to make the stay even better... these things don't break the bank so I don't see why they weren't there in the first place.. Stock the minibar better, especially for milk/cream for tea and coffee (they don't supply any at all). Provide more grooming items.. ear buds, comb. etc, like most hotels do. Finally the Room Service staff seem to struggle when it's busy so avoid ordering items during peak hours. Overall a very pleasant stay December 9, 2014
