We were extremely disappointed. The hotel was selected by an industry organization and when I went on line appeared to be very nice. However, the rooms were outdated, the restaurant food (except for one meal) was very poor in taste and selection and the number of issues with the room heating and lack of a safe, ironing board, place for clothes, broken iron (read shock hazard), lousy towels (not to mention no wash cloths) and you end up with an extremely poor rating for this hotel. I have been a Holiday Inn member for over 30 years. This hotel does not live up to the standard I have come to expect and why I have been loyal to the chain all these years. Someone from IHG shoudl really look at this location and determine if it should carry the logo..

APPENA DEVO RECARMI A ROMA PER LAVORO L'HOLIDAY INN DELLA MAGLIANA E' LA MIA META PREFERITA. QUALITA' DEL SONNO E CORTESIA DEL PERSONALE SONO LE MIGLIORI QUALITA' CHE HO SEMPRE NOTATO.

Management und Mitarbeiter waren mit deren Betreuung der rund 250 Tagungsgäste im Zusammenspiel mit den anderen Hotelgästen überfordert. Schlechte Koordination / schlechte Kommunikation zwischen Management und Mitarbeitern.
