Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel a nivel de 2 estrellas. Nos vendieron una habitación para tres personas adultas, en la cual no había lugar ni para caminar y menos para el equipaje. Era una habitación de 2 personas pequeña, a la cual le quitaron el sillón, la mesita y las mesas de luz y agregaron una cama. Para levantarse había que salir por los pies de la cama, y caminar sobre las valijas que estaban allí.. Una vergüenza. No es un servicio de un hotel 4 estrellas. Estuvimos 3 noches. La primera no limpiaron la habitación, sólo tendieron las camas y vaciaron la papelera. En el piso y sobre la mesada del baño quedaron los mismos papeles arrugados tirados que yo dejé la papelera estaba llena., además de cabellos, marcas de zapatos en el piso y demás. Además está en las afueras de Roma, Lejísimo del centro, los cual es muy incómodo para un turísta. No hay metro y no pasan taxis por allí, sólo si se los llama por teléfono van hasta allí. La única forma de trasladarse es en bus. El único restaurant cerca es un Mc Donalds. La piscina que tienen estaba cerrada a pesar de que era verano. September 1, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Food and restaurant staff. Along with my wife and daughter we spent 2 nights at the hotel. We were met with a very polite receptionist and received first class service. We had a problem with the fridge, sorted within 5 minutes. All the help we needed to make our stay in Rome an excellent stay came from the staff. The hotel provide a shuttle bus to the centre of Rome where all the sites are for 5 euros each return(Cost more to park if you could find anywhere). We ate in the restaurant each night top quality service from Franco and his staff and the food and wine was excellent (Go for the fillet steak).Overall we had an excellent stay and will definitely revisit and recommend the hotel to shop and visit the sites in Rome. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Komfortables Bett Hotel ist eher für Tagungen ausgerichtet, weniger für Städtetouristen. Shuttle-Verbindungen in die Stadt sind günstig und praktisch, die Anzahl der Fahrten könnte höher sein. Die letzte Rückfahrt ist zu früh angesetzt. August 17, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Depressive rooms The rooms are small, the colours and lights are depressive, the furniture is old and the bed is bad! The rooms are noisy, you can hear everything from other rooms. The bathroom is to small and not very practical, but fair. The staff is friendly and efficient. The swimming pool is nice. Far from the centre, but perfect when you travel by car. August 9, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Teatro Marchello Stayed 13 days at HIE Rome Aurelia. Mixed feelings with staff members and overall stay. I finally figured out how to use the metro/bus system when forced by some ungrateful cab driver and shuttle not being available at the time as I was late for a meeting! Dinner was always amazing but had a very difficult time with the concierge and waiters unless I used Google translate! Wi-Fi a bit slow on peak times. Definitely coming back to Rome and maybe, just maybe stay here as it felt almost like the other HIE in America but without my junior suite and microwave! August 5, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good location to access the Eternal City I had the pleasure to stay again at Holiday Inn Rome - Aurelia, and I was happy to found the same friendly atmosphere of the previous times. I appreciated the cleanliness of the whole property, the comfort of the room and the availability of the staff. At the check in I have been welcomed and the key was ready for me. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast at the internal restaurant. Easy and fast check out, accurate bill. The hotel is easily reachable by car or coach, and by public transportations from/to Rome downtown (bus 246-247 leave you to the metro Cornelia and Ottaviano) with a regular 1.50€ "urban" ticket. To reach the hotel from the bus stop takes some minutes walking, and the hotel is on a little hill so be prepared if you are carrying baggage, wheelchair or stroller. I definitively RECOMMEND this property. July 26, 2014
