When I arrived at hotel during cold, snowy day with a group of friends, reception lady provided detailed information of this hotel and near-by restaurants. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Fire place at lobby kept us especially warm when outside temperature was - 6F. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was excellent, but it does not have any discount. Shuttle was convenient between hotel and airport terminal. Thank you very much. February 21, 2014

Occasionally, I have been disappointed with small rooms that suggest an Express. At Detroit Metro, the room was very large and that contributed a great deal toward our ability to relax. We were without our luggage and I felt we might not be able to relax at all but things worked out very well. February 16, 2014

Of particular note: late at night I was having card key issues (it would not open my door). BRADLEY (maintenance worker) saw me struggling and opened my door for me, then went down to the desk, got me a new key, and brought it up to me! OUTSTANDING customer service, BRADLEY!! I hope someone in management sees this. February 9, 2014

It is refreshing to not to worry about the carpet that I will be standing on. This bed at this hotel is very comfortable. February 3, 2014
