Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not that great When booking the room, I asked for a handicap with a walk in shower, no smoking. No problem. When I arrived and checked out the room, I received a bathroom with a tub and hand rails. Called to front desk, they check for what I had requested and told me that there was only 2 other rooms but they were smoking rooms. I thought NY laws, no more smoking in hotels. I stay in the room and had my husband help me get in/out of tub. Toilet was running, towels had to be reused to save on water, the a/c did not work properly (during the day is was cool, at night it was wam air). Contintenal Breadfast was never told to us when checking in or when checking out. One good thing bed was comfortable. Would not recommend. May 18, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by In need of an update I don't know if it was off season for this hotel or just a bad time . The rooms were clean enough, but worn in appearance and poorly arranged. I needed to be moved to another room because of a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom. The new room was in the same condition, loose grab bar in the shower, water stains, poorly fit replacement tiles in the bathroom. The restaurant was nice and had good food. The beds and pillows were awesome as usual, but the stay overall was lacking. There are other better Holiday Inns I'm sure, pick one of those. March 1, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A let-down from the usual.... Normally a great HI to stay in. This time was a let-down. 1) No recognition of my Platinum Status on check-in, or throughout stay. (It's usually good for SOMETHING!) 2) Check-in didn't register me (or my co-worker) correctly. We had provided a govt tax-exempt form, but it wasn't entered properly, so it took several people 20+ minutes to correct our bills at check-out. 3) There had been a TREMENDOUS snow storm (that's what we were there for), but very little was done during the day, when the lots were for the most part empty, to remove snow. I'll be back, because it's usually a great HI, but I was disappointed with this visit...... February 19, 2013
