The breakfast was not value for money was my only complaint. The hotel was comfortable and met my needs being at JFK for business. Would stay again.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn for almost 4 weeks and my experience as follows:
Front Desk staff: Marjorie, the Manager, Kay Ann, Natasha, Edward, Elaine are all excellent except for Tiffany, the little supervisor who is very rude to customers and her staff!!
Shuttle Drivers: pleasant and accommodating!!
Restaurant: excellent food and the staff/owners are all accommodating!!
Maintenance: Mr. Mustaffa very accommodating!
Housekeeping: Jamal and Rose are both were pleasant & accommodating!!
Thank you all for your dedication and hard work!
