Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very serviceable and comfortable hotel. This is a very clean, comfortable hotel with an excellent and attentive staff. I was only there to stay overnight before an early flight, so I did not utilize many of the services on offer (restaurant, bar, fitness center, etc.). But the hotel shuttle service to the airport was a huge plus - it was on time, not crowded, and the driver was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and well-stocked, if a little small... but the size of the room did not really surprise me, given the location. My only complaint would be that the noise level from the hallway was on the high side. It seems to me they might have skimped on the noise reduction with the doors when they constructed the hotel, which looked very new. It wasn't a particularly busy night when I was there, but I could imagine the noise could be a significant problem if there were even slightly noisy guests staying nearby. As it was, I could clearly hear conversations happening in the hallway outside my door. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient JFK hotel airport. September 18, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Goodbye New York Overall the hotel was fresh looking and the reception staff welcoming the room was clean and roomy. My only real gripe is the amount of noise that could be heard from outside the room, from the traffic on the very busy road outside, and I was awoke at 2.00am by guests no doubt returning from downtown. If I did not have a very early morning flight back to London I would not have minded so much. The hotel should really look at better sound proofing.. September 17, 2014
