Staff was not helpful - customer care was not a priority!
Hotel lift was very erratic and we (and many other guests had to wait long time after pressing the call button.
Overall noise levels in the hotel are higher and there was no effort to reduce noise.

We stayed at the hotel to get a night's rest after a flight from London before continuing on our journey. It was ideal for this purpose as the room was comfortable, quiet and, with the curtains pulled, dark. But our experience would have been highly enjoyable instead of just perfectly OK if the dinner and breakfast had been good instead of mediocre.
