We stay here because of missed flight. The people were so kind. Natasha was so helpful for our entire trip we are so grateful for her.

I stayed here as I landed at JFK and this one seemed very near and value for money.
There is a free shuttle service that picks up from JFK Federal Circle (connected by AirTrain) - if you wait more than 15-20 mins give a call to the hotel and they would arrive promptly.
The interior of the rooms are very new and spacious.
I will definitely stay again!

Based on my last experience with this hotel, I don't think anyone would care.
I think the management in this hotel is very weak that's why its employees are not responsible enough to make customers happy. From the first moment dealing with this Hotel I noticed that drivers of the shuttle have very bad attitudes, the receptionist was rushing me just get off her face anf last but not least I waited almost one hour at the airport waiting for the shuttle and after making a call to the hotel I was very surprised to find out that I have to call the hotel so they can send the shuttle when every other hotels have their shuttle at the airport.....!!!!
