This is an outstanding hotel near Chicago O'Hare Airport. You can park your car for $10.00 per night and the shuttle to and from the airport runs very half hour. The rooms are very clean with the standard Holiday Inn amenities. The Harry Carey Restaurant is delicious! It is pricey, but the size and quality of steaks are well worth the price. My only complaint is the parking garage is atrocious. Absolutely nothing is marked and you are supposed to find your way to the Holiday Inn reserved spaces which was like a scavenger hunt. I parked on the 4th level as instructed, but didn't find the HI reserved spaces until I was attempting to find my way back out of the garage upon return from my trip. Thank God it was a Sunday because I was constantly going the wrong direction through the garage trying to discover my way out. Even though Holiday Inn obviously doesn't own this garage, they should invest in some better signage for those of us unfamiliar with the garage layout..

the 1800 number booked the wrong address when we arrived the hotel was not the same as we booked no pool available but great staff and clean comfortable rooms. harry caray resturaunt way to pricey for the food you get.

Clean, friendly and near good eats! Rooms a bit small but comfortable. Beds especially comfortable. Might want to call ahead to confirm reservation if you're a priority club member. They had my reservation but not as a gold member although I could see it in my phone app. Also, a minor thing to some but hotel ran out of lotion.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn O'Hare Rosemont before and after a recent trip to Europe. We picked this facility on the recommendation of a friend because of the close proximity to O'Hare and the park and fly feature. We were quite pleased with the stay and the shuttle service was great. I know other hotels have the same service and we have used others, but this shuttle seemed to be more friendly and helpful. The desk staff was exceptionally helpful. When we returned after nearly three weeks we found our car was just as we left it. The covered parking garage is a plus. The only negative I feel, was the condition of the carpet in the room we were in on the return visit. There were several large stains and that always makes one feel the room is also unclean.

This is my second stay at this location, which is the overflow hotel for a meeting I attended. I passed up the primary hotel, also a Holiday Inn, because of the great service I experienced here last year. The desk staff does a great job of recommending activities in the city and how to get around. Although I only had the breakfast buffet, it presented a nice variety and I got my own coffee carafe!

The staff is EXCELLENT!!!! They are the nicest people and on the ball. Great area, fast food close and their own bar and restaurant on the premises. Very reliable Airport Shuttle service. Meeting rooms are great. The only thing I can say negative is: I hope they update rooms soon. Rooms are fine now, but they will need to be updated in the future. And the way the management is, I'm sure they will be updated right on time. STAY HERE!!!! Great place!!!

I was there for a high school reunion and the staff could not have been more attentive and accomodating! Even though the desk was busy, they always made time for personal service. The food that we had catered was fabulous and the room was spacious and nicely appointed. I will remember this hotel and choose it again.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Holday Inn Rosemont using the Park & Fly package. I am very pleased with the shuttle service very reliable taking us to the airport and being
picked up at the airport not having to wait around to see if the shuttle would be there. The staff at the front desk being sure we knew where to go to be picked up by the shuttle when we returned from our trip. Knowing my car is in a safe secure location while I was gone is important to me.

Very nice Hotel with a good rate. Especially liked having Harry Carry's restaurant on site. Stayed here because of the Chicago Marathon and great service with Hotel Shuttle taking you to the Blue Line at the airport and picking you up every 30 minutes 24 hours a day.
Excellent service and definitely would stay here again

One one suggestion: make a clear sign on the shuttle bus so people do not need to ask which Holiday Inn is. I saw many unhappy at the O'Hare airport.
Another hotel posted a picture of the hotel building and its address on the windshield. That may help.

We were not here very long. So I only have a few impressions of property and staff.
The Carpet in our room was absolutly gross. It had so many stains in it. I did not want to take off my shows. The shower also had stains in it. Everything else seemed ok but then again I was afraid to look. I have stayed in about a hundred different hotels per year for 15 years and have never seen such a disgusting floor. I understand worn floors and a stain or two. This was not that. Based on this floor alone. I will not go back to this hotel. The parking ramp was also dirty and unkept. Lighting was poor. At least on the top floor. I will go back to my regular Chicago hotel.

I loved staying at your hotel last weeekend. The front desk staff was more than helpful and the shuttle drivers were excellent -- very friendly and polite. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The maid service was excellent. Very nice facilities.

We are non-smokers that were unfortunately put in a smoking room. My husband and I travel extensively and occassionally have had to stay in a smoking room due to limited availability. We have never, however, experienced such an unpleasant smell. We left the windows open in our room to air it out but were suprised to find that all of the bedding and towels smelled of smoke as well. Fortunately we only had to stay 1 night. My husband had an allergic reaction the next morning. When we checked out the next morning we were told we would receive a discount on the room but we did not receive one. On our next visit to the Rosemount IL area we will try a different hotel.

We had spent a week in Chicago and the surrounding area and needed a place to stay that was close to the airport as we had a very early departure on Sunday morning. We were pleased that we were able to locate the Holiday Inn that was just 3 miles from where we needed to return the car so at 5:30 in the morning your hotel was perfect. We were pleased with the view, the comfort, the staff and of course being able to print out our boarding passes which took a bit of a time to figure out but we finally were sucessful. The price was o.k. but we would not have spent that much for all 7 nights but then we were not always in Chicago but in Indiana and other places. Thank you again for such nice arrangements.

this was my third stay at this hotel this yeas
I was disappointed that there were unsightly spots in the rugs (looked very, very shabby), and that the table was pretty well scratched.
Otherwise the front desk was superb, as usual, the bus to ORD was reliable, and Harry Carey's restaurant next door is excellent!

Stayed here on a quick overnight to ORD. Shuttle from the airport to the hotel is more difficult than hotel to airport. It took about 45 minutes. The desk clerk offered us 1,000 bonus miles for being Platinum but a month and a half later they still haven't been deposited into our account. I have called back three times and still no miles.
The bedroom was big, but old. I had to use all my force to push on the door to lock it. Something wasn't lined up on the door frame right.
There just wasn't anything that made me feel 'wow' or this is what I was expecting from Holiday Inn.

We stayed here because it was close to O'Hare and we could leave our care for the 8 days we were gone with no additional fee. The hotel is nice. We actually had two separate rooms and plenty of room for the three of us that stayed here. We just stayed the one night but definitely would do it again.
