We ALWAYS stay at Holiday Inn at Rosemont Illinois. From the time you check in with staff, 'til the time you go to your room and find it comfortable, 'til the time you go to Harry Carey restaurant ,til the time if you park in the covered garage, til the time you get back from your trip and they say goodbye it is awesome. We've stayed elsewhere and found this to be the best "bang for your buck"!!!!

We have stayed at this location many times and have always had excellent service.
With the Stay and Park option, the Harry Caray Restaurant (which is absolutely fantastic) and utmost, the staff from the Front Desk to the Shuttle Driver, it can't be beat.
Hope to stay there again in the near future.

One of the main reasons that I go to this hotel is how close it is to the airport and for the park and stay option before going on a flight for vacation. We also enjoy Harry Carry's for a meal before our flight the next morning. We also appreciate the friendliness of the staff. That being said, this is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this hotel that the heater in the room has keep us up all night. It went from extremely freezing to extremely hot all night long. I regret not asking to switch rooms, but most of the time I thought i was dreaming about the temperature change. All 4 of us felt extremely tired when we "woke up" in the morning. The next time i need to spend a night before a flight in Chicago, I’m going to spend some extra time to find a new place to stay and maybe drive to Harry Carry's to eat.

The breakfast service and food was poor. I did not know I could have ordered off the menu. Poor communication from server as to what was included in the buffet. Way too costly for the poor quality of buffet.
Food ast the rehersal dinner was good and good service.
Shuttle service to and from reception was not communicated to wedding party and guests properly and more trips to and from would have been appreciated. Some or us did not need to stay up until midnight for the first return to the hotel.

Best place to stay and park when flying from O'hare. We arrived from a long trip from Southeast Asia, found our way to the shuttle stop easily, thanks to great printed instructions from the hotel, walked out the door and the shuttle was waiting. Immediately took us to the hotel where we had a great meal at Harry Carey's. And then we had a great night's sleep before driving home to Wisconsin the next morning. Will always do a Park and Fly here.

We were able to leave vehicle out of the elements while we gone on our trip. Not having to get up 5 hours earlier and then driving hour and half to airport and finding parking that is outside. would stay again.

Everything was perferct ,except for the breakfast, which was set as a fixed pice with kid free at the beginning but then we learned that it has been changed to pay-as-you-order, therefore I won't recomend to have a brakfast in there, but the rest was highly recomended.

We have been staying here for the past four years when we visit our grandchildren in Park Ridge. We have always looked forward to our stay. This past week was no different. Thank you again for your courteous service and the great staff on hand. Having Harry Caray's at our doorstep for meals is an added pleasure.

You have a young man that had on a nice suit. we got to hotel late 9pm teusday & he said he use to work in housekeeping b4 front desk, YOU need to give him a raise & let him train your staff he was the niceset clerk we have ever had. He took our luggage to our room, Told us we had a room ( as we got there so late ) with handicapped shower & said one of your nicer rooms & IT was..... HE needs a rase & to do your freindliness training HE made our stay 199 % better & he was awesome I did not get his name BUT he said he was 19 . Please give him an accomadtion for us . Asked if we were taking a vacation & HE CARED>>>>>

I chose this hotel because of the free parking included with a night's stay, so that I could leave my car their while I flew out of O'Hare. A tremendous value! The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. All around, I was very pleased.

Smoking available, very large suite for the money, very comfortable bedding, free parking which in Rosemont is unheard of. I've stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so.

This hotel was chosen because of it's park and ride offer. The shuttle was prompt and convenient, althought the location at Ohare is a bit of a walk. The only restaurant choice was limited to Harry Careys which is good but pricey if you have anything but the lunch menu. Good value for the money. Friendly staff with clean rooms.

Bathroom needed some maintenance. Leaking bath faucet, grout in tile was missing.

We always stay here for "Park & Fly", clean, friendly, great restaurant, vehicle is in parking garage so no snow to clean off. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when flying out of ORD.

For years I've been staying here a few times a year the night before an early flight out of ORD, or when I don't feel like continuing the trip home immediately after getting into ORD. The experience is always the same: fast, helpful service and a clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price. The Park 'n Fly package works well for me too. They understand their clientele well, at least the weary traveler segment. I've been recommending it to people for years, and have always gotten good feedback. On our last two stays, a night before an early int'l flight, and the night after a late arriving return flight my wife commented on how much easier using this hotel has made traveling over the years. I agreed and figured it was time to say so here.
The restaurant is so good I'd probably come over here to eat even if I was staying elsewhere !

I absolutely loved my room and the hotel's location was perfect!
I was very displeased with a staff member named Russell. I called to see if I could have my boyfriend check in for me even though it was my name on the reservation. I didn't think this would be a problem. Russell could have just told me that because of security reasons, my boyfriend would not be able to check in for me. Instead Russell raised his voice at me over the phone, told me he refused to discuss the issue with me and then had the nerve to tell me to just find another hotel right before he hung up on me. I was shocked at his response to my question because I did not intend to start a fight. I did not raise my voice. I told him he was being rude and he simply said "Too bad ma'am"
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't customer service important? He had no right to talk to me that way. I was very displeased with him but when I arrived I had a very pleasant experience with staff member Megan. She was very nice and told me the same information that Russell did, without raising her voice and without getting angry with me. I am a paying customer, Russell treated me poorly.
Like I said before, I would stay at this hotel again because it was beautiful. I am not going to let one rude staff member ruin my stay.

Nice, clean room. Excellent restaurant next door. One of the best meals i've ever had.
Walls between rooms were very thin. Guy next door kept me up most of night talking on his phone.

Chose this hotel due to so many positive reviews and its proximity to O'Hare. Cleanliness is extremely important to me and I have to say the rooms are some of the cleanest I have ever seen. Had 2 different rooms as I stayed here twice; both the night before my flight and upon return from my flight. Both rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet and I felt very safe. Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Ditto for the shuttle drivers. Shuttle is free and gets you to the airport in about 10 minutes. Would recommend for both business and personal travelers.
