Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Food service; wrong billing; no service Spent 30 minutes in dining room where all other tables were dirty from previous use and not been cleaned. No staff came by for over 30 minutes. Buffet tray of eggs was empty; other food items limited. Finally left after 30 minutes without ever seeing a staff person in the dining area. Had a voucher for free breakfast but no one to give it to! The evening service the day before was fine; food was good but when I went to check out, there were two separate charges of different amounts on the tab. Took quite some time to get corrected. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stay on 12/9 I've stayed at this location several times over the past two years for business trips. The staff is very friendly. However, the hotel "in general" needs some major updating - especially the guest rooms. I've found that most of the Holiday Inns that I've been staying at across the country for business over the past year including the one in Alpharetta on Cingular (off Windward Pkwy) have been nicely updated offering a very satisfied experience. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What a Great Visit Our first visit to Roswell and staying at the Holiday Inn Atlanta/Roswell was a welcome surprise. With shopping and restaurants near the hotel. With easy access to the interstate. Our room (315) was extremely well kept. The bathroom was awesome and a welcome surprise for the walk in shower instead of the tub. More than enough room overall for a comfortable evening to relax. The king size bed was very comfortable for my husband who has had recent back surgery, so the extra pillows and soft but firm bed was perfect. The hotel staff were very kind and always ready to answer questions when needed. Before we left I made sure that our friends came to see the room so that they could let other friends and family know how nice your accommodations where for their future guest. December 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay Hotel was perfect for our Thanksgiving visit and its location worked out very well. Hotel is clean and renovated. Our room was excellent because the room was ample for 3 people and the beds were like new and comfortable. The price was reasonable because they do not offer continental breafast. There is a restaurant in the building, but a bit high. December 1, 2014
