Need closer parking to the entrance and better lighting. 2. Bathrooms need closer attention to detailed cleaning, found remaining hair in shower area. 3. Having staff that at least wants you to have a good stay would help instead of a staff that can explain how any problem you have is YOUR FAULT. November 16, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Our sleepless night We came to this hotel because of a business seminar. We live about an hour away, but with traffic in the morning and with the meeting starting at 8 am, we figured we'd stay the night so we would be fresh and not have to fight the traffic. It was cold in the room so we used the wall heater. It was noisy and kept us up during the night going on and off. We were afraid to turn it completely off because then it would be cold in the room and there wasn't any extra blankets in the room. I'm sure we could of called the front desk but we didn't. The breakfast we had was way overpriced for the value. The meeting room was good and they served us a box lunch that was real good, as was the cookies! About half way through the meeting I realized I had left my phone charger in the room. I did go to the front desk and the front desk person called housekeeping and they found my charger, so that was good. Other than that, I didn't really get a real welcoming feeling from the staff, except from the lady who checked us in, she was real nice. November 12, 2014
