Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by visit All good except price of breakfast. Very comfortable bed and clean rooms. Front desk staff very professional. Had hard time getting reservation due to way too many rate options and regulations. Finally had to have HI in Franklin call and talk to the desk. May 26, 2015

Front Desk agent interrupted my wife when asking about retrieving our luggage from conference room where it was held. Bartender busy watching family feud and dressed in a kitchen steward uniform, complete with white kitchen apron. May 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by generally good, couple of issues Two days before arranged check out numerous taps on my room door asking when I was departing although I had 2 nights left, I was in the room trying to complete business reports! That night, starting around midnight loud noises in next room, loud TV, banging noises, loud talking, obviously drunk behaviour. Left a day early and stayed elsewhere May 19, 2015

Feels like an older property that has been renovated, but lacking things like outlets, mini fridge, towel racks, etc. Would not be my first choice on a return visit.
