Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Safe nut a Bit Noisy I'd recommend this location for cleanliness and safety, but the walls / doors allowed a lot of neighborly noise in. Also, the air conditioning units are very loud and it made it hard to sleep. October 2, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poor service and bedding the mattress had a deep indentation on the left side. the pillows were uncomfortable. the a/c unit ran all night and never shut off. our daughter encountered numerous problems with the desk staff in getting her room despite the fact she was the bride and didn't seem to be getting too much help from the desk staff. some of our party had to wait over an hour to get checked in because the room wasn't ready and some had to go to a different hotel due to overbooking. not a good way to run a hotel. our son paid $10.00 for a muffin and some grapes because it wasn't included in his room even though he's a platinum member. he was told it wasn't included because he got his room at a discount even though this is a benefit of his plan. can't say this is a very well managed hotel. I was never informed of any policy that stated this would be done. I will most likely never stay at another Holiday Inn Express! September 1, 2015
