Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel! This is a great hotel! Great flat screen TV and great channel selection. I have no complaints at all about my stay except for low water pressure. I like to take a nice strong shower, and pressure was not high enough to do so. But otherwise it was all perfect! Clean, quiet, and comfortable! May 27, 2016

The hotel was copleely at capacity, and the staff managed to handle it well after a small hiccup (gave me the wrong room number first time). Restaurant food was quite good and reasonably priced. The lobby coffee the next morning was really good to get me started. May 22, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great place in Roswell but... The staff doesn't seem to be well trained, attentive, or both. On check-in i'm usually offered an amenity of some sort but I wasn't offered it here (I usually take the points). When I asked she said she would look into it and get back to me and I never heard a thing. I asked again the next day to someone else and was told it would be taken care of immediately, it wasn't. Hotel is OK but staff isn't that great. April 13, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't do it! I initially started staying at this hotel for work and didn't have a problem aside from the desk clerks frequently on their cell phones. No biggie. Well I stayed this time for vacation and paid cash the night of my stay when checking in. The pool was indoor and SUPPOSED to be heated, but it was freezing and the hot tub had a cockroach floating in it. I heard everything going on the floor above me and to top everything off there was a very loud tv in the next room. Checked out promptly the next morning and two days later had a charge on my card for the stay when I had paid cash upfront. When I called the hotel the lady working was very rude and claimed there was nothing she could do then the manager came on and was just as rude. It's been three days and my card still has not been refunded when I was told very abrubptly by the manager "we'll refund your card within two days I'm not sure how this happened have a good day". I would not recommend this hotel based on their ability to resolve issues in a professional customer friendly manner and their lack of urgency. April 13, 2016
