Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by heat issue first night - fixed for the second night Day one, entered room and it was cold. I increased the heat and unpacked. I left and when i returned it still was not warm. It was at this time I noticed a stain on the bed spread. I informed the front desk and they offered to move me to another room. I was all unpacked and did not want the inconvenience. The next day everything was fixed, I just wished the hear issue could have been addressed the first night. January 21, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Needs renovation Dog barking most of the night from the room accross the hall. Was told they paid extra to have the Dog. Smokers in the next room which was a non smoking room. Was told they will be paying extra. Breakfast at this full service hotel did not include anything hot, no eggs, no sausage. The less costly Holiday Inn express have a much better breakfast. Oh, the coffee was hot, but was by far the worst cup of coffee I've had in a long time. The pool was nice for kids but that would be the only reason to ever stay there. January 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to rest Myself and a few friends went skiing at Granite Peak and stayed here. It was our first experience with this Holiday Inn and will certainly not be our last. The first night we did not get in till midnight and the staff member was quick to meet us at the desk. Got to our room and was nicely suprised to see such a large room. When I went to take a shower, I turned on the light in the bathroom and was greeted by a TV on the wall. Woah! Soft beds put us all quickly to sleep. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful in the restaurant. January 17, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rude Staff We were there for a family Christmas gathering. The front desk staff told us we could move some chairs around so we could all visit for a while near the lobby. After moving some furniture around the maintenance person came over and yelled at us telling us to put the furniture back the way it was. Also after we explained to him that the front desk staff told us it was ok to do that the maintenance person proceeded to talk bad about the front desk staff. Very unprofessional. Also he made us feel very uncomfortable. January 4, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great lounge and restaurant Although this was an excellent hotel with a great restaurant, I will book my next trip at another facility. At the entrance there is a sign proclaiming no firearms allowed. Since law abiding citizens will heed this proclamation the sign is an open invitation to the criminal element in our society to take advantage of travelers who are carrying cash and unfamiliar with their surroundings. I recommend finding a hotel which does not advertise their bias against people who legally carry a firearm. December 24, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sleeper bed not good. Everything was good except the couch bed was so uncomfortable that my son could not sleep. He got up after a couple hours and went to the desk to get a rol-away. They charged us $10 extra for the roll-away. November 29, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, teribble pillows We stay at Holiday Inn properties most of the time when we travel. The hotels are always dependable. One promo they advertise is their pillow menu, how wonderful they are, you have a choice of soft, medium and firm. The pillows we had for our recent stay were terrible. They were all old, lumpy, and had a odd, dirty smell. I asked for extra pillows and they were all the same. I wished I would have brought a pillow from home. My suggestion to this Holiday Inn is to invest in new pillows. We all know pillows only last so long, and the pillows in our room were long past needing replacement. October 9, 2012
