Way overbooked events at this hotel. Had to park down a road in a fire lane. Front desk said he was sorry but it was good for them. Way to make customers happy. The breakfast buffet was strange they wouldn't let you fix your own drink and to get a tea bag was a major event. Before you make a reservation ask how many sports teams are staying there. They took over the hotel, running up and down the halls all night, eating in the middle of the lobby, blocking trying to get to the elevator. just not a good experience. Not sure if I would stay there again.

good location for family visit in Round Rock, new clean facility, large room with semi suite, comfortable beds and quiet room. The lobby and dining room/lounge is nice and the complementary breakfast was great. Good indoor pool but the pool water was too cold.

We had a great time while staying here. It was quite and the room was very nice.We used the pool and hot tub, even though it was spring break, we had fun, not crowded. The breakfast was good and not just a regular sweet roll and juice, and it was free...We will certainly be coming back next trip. Thanks to everyone.

We felt treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. We attended our nieces wedding on 2/28. We are Platinum members through our credit card, so our room was booked using the points we accumulated. While booking via our credit card was a bit difficult, William, Amanda, Jackie (the courteous 16-year old, breakfast attendant), and the lovely house keeping staff more than made up for it.
Our booking agents kept wanting to charge us for breakfast saying our points wouldn't cover that expense, but the staff offered complimentary breakfast for our family of 5 immediately upon arrival, no questions asked. We wanted an indoor pool for our kids to play in since it was rainy and freezing outside and we were very satisfied with the outcome.
It's a fairly new hotel so we assumed that that was why the amenities and lobby are spacious, grandiose, trendy, eclectic, modern and very clean.
Amanda even assisted me with my laptop's connectivity to the hotel's wifi and I was able to print out my lesson plans in the hotel's business center.

The service was good but I was not recognized as a priority club member much less a platinum member and was not offered an upgrade. Internet service was really bad.
