Stayed here 2 nights during a cold spell. The heat was not working in my room the first night. I reported it to the desk clerk around 9am, and asked for someone to look at the Heat/AC unit. Upon returning in the afternoon, no one had made any attempt to fix it. I again asked the same clerk who said she would "elevate" my complaint to maintenance....After another hour, I inquired only to find out the maintenance folks had gone home, and they would look into it tomorrow, the day I was checking out! I was given a small space heater in an attempt to heat the room. The room was fairly nice, except for a chair that was filthy with unknown stains. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and very basic with few choices. Won't stay here again.

This hotel has a great location. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for two nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. An overall great value.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Bar is really nice and there are really nice restaurants very close in walking distance. Internet was slow and dropped intermittently.

This is a nice hotel and staff is always very pleasant.
One problem....make sure if your a light sleeper that you stay on the south side of hotel. Rooms on north side face the FedEx trucking center and about 5am all the semis backup and connect trailers with extremely loud beeping. This carries on for a couple of hours. I've had this wake me on at least 3 occasions and never had a problem when there in a south side room. Other than that I would score this hotel and staff high.

i did not get breakfast because i left my breakfast card in the room. I DID NOT GET BREAKFAST BECAUSE I LEFT MY BREAKFAST CARD IN THE ROOM. the staff person finally said the lady in front of me and i could eat, BUT I WAS IN A HURRY AND WAS UPSET ABOUT THIS ******* CARD THAT I HAVE NEVER NEEDED BEFORE.
