Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Killer Breakfast The front desk staff was super fun, friendly, and helpful. It's refreshing to start off your stay with a smile and some laughs, especially if already travel weary! Breakfast was AMAZING and included with your stay. Buffet had both hot and cold choices, and something for everybody. Sausage, eggs, crispy bacon, potatoes, pancakes... staples like cereal, oatmeal, bagels... huge fruit selection, and tons of different kinds of scrumptious pastries, moist muffins... coffee... Just glorious. And the staff kept everything full, and kept clearing my empty plates with a smile. (I ate four)! The pet fees are a bit exorbitant, but at least they do allow them, for which I'm grateful. My room was clean, comfortable, and had the full range of bathroom amenities. I love it when a hotel realizes that conditioner and lotion are just as essential as shampoo! May 18, 2016

I have finally landed on my hotel of choice.. staff and service are excellent , breakfast is very good and rooms are very clean .. and price value is also hard to beat.. May 13, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Experience I was put in the worse possible room at the hotel. Room 114 and I will never forget the experience. Asked if I could move to a different room and was told NO. They could move me the next day but if they actually looked at the reservation, I was leaving the next day! When I walked into the room, it felt like a sauna but I figured once I get the A/C on, that will change. That did not happen. I left the A/C going while I was gone for 5 hours attending the graduation and a dinner, and when I returned, the room as still REALLY HOT. The room was dirty, I could not even step on the bathroom floor because it was so hot, and had to put a towel down. I never got under the covers because I felt the room was not clean at all. The bed was very strange and I could see behind the headboard which had some kind of mechanism that was VERY DIRTY TOO. I travel a lot, and I also book rooms at many different hotels around the country for groups and I have never had this type of experience. I paid a lot of money for this room. I like the Holiday Inn Brand but not this one and never again. May 12, 2016

Just a couple of comments: Would like better lighting over the full length mirror so it could be used for getting ready when the bathroom is occupied. Too dark where it is located. Would LOVE pillowtop mattresses for the hotel...bed was really hard and not very comfortable. Breakfast buffet is very nice and dinner in the restaurant was excellent! May 11, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Never again After checking in, we found out that we were assigned a room near a sports team. Over dinner in the restaurant we decided to ask to be moved. We stopped by the desk and asked, the response from the manager was a shoulder shrug and a "we are all filled up". We proceeded to go to our room and discovered that the bathroom was filthy. There was hair all over the tub and actually dust bunnies in the corners. The next morning we went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast we arrived at 10:10, they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. The waitstaff's way of not having to serve us was to tell us they were going to check with the chef and to never return. We walked out of the restaurant at 10:20 having never saw anyone again. I doubt I would stay here again. May 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experience Our check in started things out the woman at the desk was not vey friendly and did not even finish checking us in before she answered the phone and left us standing there! When I made the reservations for 3 rooms I had told them how many people would be in each room. I was told breakfast was included. Yesterday when we went to breakfast some of the group where told they would have to pay for breakfast as only 2 people per room where covered. When I spoke to people in the restuant they told me to speak with the desk. When I spoke with the desk I was rudely told that was the policy even when I explained that when I made reservations ttat I was told it was included for all! I think they should have covered breakfast for everyone in the group! The pool was down for a good portion of the stay for maintanance. I think that should be done before a busy weekend not during!!!! When we arrived in our room it there where 2 gbs on the stand and 1 was covered in dust. We went to dinner and when we arrived back ther was a guy in our room finishing to replace the tv. I think the desk should have informed us this was going on. When we went to the Lounge for Karoke a 14 year old was told he could not stay after 9 o'clock.Then just a few minutes later another teen aged boy came in and was allowed to stay!,,, Our room had water damage and masquito's. In the last 16 years this is the first time I am truly dissatisfied with my stay, May 8, 2016
