Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Room / Poor Working Area I had a conference at the Hotel this past week. First. the room is not set up for any type of area to work. The noise from the freeway was crazy loud. The cleanning crew ignores "do not disturb" sign and was knocking on the door at 6:45. Just poor service and bad experience And to top it off, although they run shuttles to and from the airport they are only for "Airline Personel" Be prepared to pay Upwards of $45 each way for a taxi. The Hotel seems to take advantage of it's name and grind the Business travelers. Major let down. ....... July 26, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by noisy and a door that didn't work properly The staff was great but the surrounding rooms were noisy. I don't feel that I received any special amenities with booking on the executive level. The door to our room jammed every time we tried to open it. July 24, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by My Stay Overall it was better than I had expected for a Holiday Inn however the customer service was bad and then the management tried to fix it in a non positive way. My friend that came up with me came up with the solution not the staff. they just gave up with attitude. Everything ended okay however once you get a bad taste in your mouth it is hard to get it to totally go away. July 13, 2014
