This hotel can certainly be more updated in the future but for what its worth, it did exactly what I expected. got a great nights sleep and was out quickly. Just off the expressway so really convenient for me and my destination.

The Holiday Inn in Saddle Brook, NJ for the most part met my needs. I had a handicap room and there were two problems that presented for me. One I could not get the walker along one side of the bed nearest to the wall. Two the bath tub shower combination was impossible for me to use as I could not climb into and out of the tub. A shower stall with a low entry would have been better.

Hotel is neglected and run down, restaurant and bar are poorly run and were out of many items and they had no running hot water at the bar.
I question the quality of the food, and the management could care less of the guests.

Once again we returned to Holliday Inn Saddlebrook this past weekend. As always the staff and service was excellent. As always Angel was the best, always pleasant and smiling when we came through the door, handling our needs courteously and professionally; Thank you for that. We met "new to our family" desk staff this past weekend as well and they were great also; thank you Marilyn, Sam and Deborah. Also thank you to our housekeeper who put up with us for 4 days. The staff is professional in all situations positive and not so positive. Thank you to all for making our stay great! We will see you all at Thanksgiving!!! Keep up the excellent work.

I'm a dedicated Holiday Inn guest. I must say that this was the worse experience of any previous stay. The hotel was not clean and the run was also not clean. The lock on the hotel door was broken and the staff person working the desk that night wasn't concerned about it or finding another room for me. In addition, the gentleman didn't acknowledge my Gold status. I will not be staying at this hotel again and will consider my future stays at other Holiday Inns.
I must acknowledge that Angel was very pleasant and apologetic the next day during my check-out and voiced his concern. He truly seemed to hear my concerns. I wish him the best and hope the hotel works to train other staff to the customer-service focus that Angel displayed.
