Did not acknowledge my Spire status when I checked in and almost 2 weeks later I have NOT received the welcome points that I asked for (I had to ask for the 500 points because the front desk agents did not offer them to me). There was no hot water available in my room on the first night that I checked in and no air conditioning on the 8th floor hallways. Restaurant staff were slow and appeared uncaring.

This is by far the worst Holiday inn I've ever stayed at, you could feel the springs on the mattress, bed was so old it was "cuping" in the center, carpets stained and old, they used so much air freshener it made my head ache, I'm surprised Holiday inn lets them use their name on the door.

Badly located, no restaurants or departmental store nearby.
Front office staff courteous.
Clogged bath tub.
Excellent Bar man, very courteous and helpful, well priced liquor.
