Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room, but nothing special When I called ahead I was told they did not have a crib for infants. Upon my insisting, they double-checked and it turned out they indeed had one - the person said she just never knew. When we checked in with the infant, we were put on the 4th floor. The crib was already in the room (no crib sheet though but the receptionist was kind enough to provide an extra regular sheet). The hotel's location was good - food establishments were close by. I found it inconvenient though that the entire main entrance area was designated a fire lane, so one could not park there even for a quick check-in. It was a small disappointment that the pool was closed "indefinitely" due to a water main break. The room was comfortable, but I found the heating system too loud - there was no temperature setting, so it was either on or off. As a Gold Member, I was given a welcome package (bottle of water, crackers and a small chocolate, which was appreciated. However, the welcome envelope still contained PriorityClub Rewards promotional material - while IHG has discontinued that name and brand since July last year.... My rate included breakfast but you still had to use a coupon (for $20# which was a bit awkward #why not just check the room number?). Overall, it was an OK stay, but perhaps not quite worth the full flexible rate I paid for it. February 26, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic service. This was our 2d New Year's Eve celebration at this hotel. The first was a little rough, not very well organized; however, this year was so much better. It was well organized, the food was fantastic, the seating arrangements were set up as expected, and the band was fabulous, as always. We hope to enjoy this celebration again in 2014!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay We had a wonderful stay. The only complaint that I would have to say is in regard to the water pressure and hot water in the shower. The hot water took much longer than before to heat up. As well as the water pressure was very low. This may be due to the type of room that we had this time, but otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always presented with a very pleasing attitude. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by NICE HOTEL FOR A SHORT STAY I needed to have a heart catherization done very early the next morning at PRMC. My wife and I decided to stay at this hotel due to its close proximity to the hospital. Upon arrival the front desk agent was very friendly and had all of my check-in documents ready. The room was very comfortable and clean. The beds also were very comfortable. The bathroom was very small and not convenient. The HVAC was so noisy we had to turn it off to get any sleep. We were told at the front desk the food in the restaurant was good, but it was NOT. The wait staff would be gone for long periods of time and the food was really bad. Not a good experience for my last meal for a while. I had to spend the overnight at the hospital, so my wife went back to check-in and she ended up in the same room we were in the night before. Overall the hotel was OK, I would stay here again for another short stay, but it would not be good for an extended period of time. I definitely would not eat the food in the restaurant. I rate my hotel stays on comfort and cleanliness, thus the good overall experience. December 20, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by worst hotel ive stayed in this year I was upgraded upon my arrival to a room where the toilet would not stop running. the sound made it difficult to sleep. I trapped mulitple stink bugs that were flying around my room. Neither of the two treadmills in the exersize center were working and the front desk worker suggested i go to a gym down the street that was closed. In the morning, there was no tea bags out in the lobby and when someone finally went to go get some for me, the water in the hot water container was brown. November 19, 2013
