This is our second stay at this Holiday Inn in Salisbury. The room was very comfortable and we love the fact they have queen size beds when most hotels have only double beds. The room was very large and spacious. The staff is courteous and very helpful. We will continue stay here as long as our child is at Salisbury U. The rate we paid for this room was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.

I am a Platinum Elite member whom has traveled near and far but has never had great service has I did here. Upon arrival I was greeted by the hotel manager and assistant manager. I recieved rapid check in and unexpected room upgrade like no other. Thank you for the wonderful service. The Penthouse/Presidential suite was like none other.

Sha is fabulous! He was a wonderful person to deal with and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.Every request I made of him he fulfilled with a smile and did it promptly. I was presently surprised one morning as I was filling my to-go coffee cup in the lobby when he offered to fill it from the fresh pot in the kitchen! That was above and beyond and I was very impressed. Don't let this one get away. He is a real asset to your hotel

Very first holiday inn I seen having great customer service, A to Z staff from house man to front desk to housekeeper everyones seems very ready to helps guest! IHG did great job to make this old Ramada to Holiday Inn.

This is a beautiful hotel. A bit hard to access depending on the direction to approach the hotel. But located near Peninsula Regional Medical Center, which was perfect for our purpose.
I requested additional pillow when we arrived as my husband had had eye surgery and was to sleep propped up. The extra pillows never arrived. Luckily I found an extra one in the closet.
The wake up call the next morning indicated it was a Ramada Inn (not Holiday Inn). We mentioned this at the desk and it was obvious they had heard it many times before.
We are Priority Card members, therefore, received a coupon toward the cost of breakfast. The coupon stated Breakfast started at 6:30 a.m. They actually opened the area at 7:00 a.m. and the desk clerk took our order as the breakfast person hadn't "come down stairs" yet. She arrived about 7:30 or so. I recommend the Blueberry pancakes, they were great. My husband's Eggs Benedict, he said didn't have much taste. It looked good, so it may be a matter of taste.
The site is quite spacious, but sort of in a transition period it appears.

We stayed one night and the only thing that went right was the woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The beds were not that comfortable and I took my kids to the pool and the water was barely warm and it was freezing in the pool room. We tried to get drinks from the vending machine and only one machine worked out of three.

At this visit I stayed five days around the holidays. Although the hotel had few guests a few nights the service was at the usual high standard and what I especially appreciated was the fact that hot breakfast was served Christmas Day morning. A small but nice feature is the coffee, tea and chocolate dispenser in the lobby if you do not have time to sit down in the spacious and bright restaurant.

Because we wanted to bring in the New Year with friends while enjoying our favorite band we made reservations in spite of lack luster reviews. Well were we surprised!!! From the initial check-in to room cleanliness, comfort (comfy mattress and spacious room), tasty appetizer buffet and breakfast, to friendly staff, we could not have been more pleased and would not hesitate to stay at this facility again.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the drain in the tub was c logged. Housekeeping was notified but nothing was done.
This was the second stay in this hotel in a two week period and both times we were put almost as far as possible from the elevator (we are senior citizens)

We were extremely disappointed with our stay this time. We have stayed a number of times prior to this and were pleased. However, we will be searching for new accommodations after this unpleasant experience!

I had to make 3 requests for towels. I received 2 wake up calls and never requested them. My room keys didn't work. I received 4 calls asking for Nancy and I don't know a Nancy. Front desk was rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can tell the hotel may have been renovated recently, but they skipped out doing the bathrooms, which for me really counts. The showers had old rubber (dirty) strips on the tub (kind of grossed me out). The sink sat up on the vanity, so it was hard to keep your stuff around. If I had to go back to this area, I would not stay at this hotel again. :(

My wireless internet would not work in the room and went to front desk for help but girl was busy fighting with her boyfriend. Went to 4 ice machines before I found one that barely worked. Lock on door would not work properly, only could use latch lock for security.

The Motel needs a very good cleaning.
When you have to call the front desk an ask to have your room cleaned because it didn't happen during the work day THAT's WRONG.
My stay there the restaurant had NO Host available to seat you or even take an order.
I thought the front desk personnel were very rude.
