My family recently stayed here for a family reunion. We traveled with 2 kids and 3 tiny dogs. It was perfect for all of us, comfortable, convenient and quiet. The staff was amazing. It was obvious our comfort was first and foremost. We will definitely stay here again.

Worst experience I have ever had at an IHS property. I have stayed at Holiday Inns for thirty years and never meet a more incompetent staff that was not whiling to try and improve my experience. Tried to discuss problems with management and was not allowed too.

double billed for one night stay. called telephone number printed on bill to get mistake corrected and was connected to a fax machine. room and breakfast were fair. poor customer service quality and inattention to detail. do not reccommend.

Hot tub inoperable, and apparently it had been for some time according to motel personnel. I was tired and had a sore neck from a long and stressful drive. Would have not checked in if I had known this!
Lobby bar and lounge not open - reason given :bar tender called in sick. I had asked my sons and their spouses to meet there so we could have a relaxing get together. Not even coffee to drink!!
Maze ot hallways and stairs. At first I wondered if I was going to find my way downstairs to the lobby. Over the two days We never did find the elevator. A problem for an elderly couple with bad knees.

Room was comfortable and clean. The resturaunt staff was extremely slow.

The wedding party stayed at this hotel as did the guests. I loved the complimentary breakfasts....especially the omelette off the menu. The little bar in t he lobby was perfect for small gatherings and it was used by us. Wine was great. Restaurant was good food and convenient. Bed.....total comfort. I had a wonderful stay.

The guest room I stayed in (152) was not clean. The carpet in the room and in the corridor were stained. The couch in the room was so dirty I wouldn't sit on it. The grout on the bathroom floor was brown instead of white. It it had not been late I would have gone elsewhere. If my wife had been with me we would have checked back out. I won't go back. Got no recognition as a Priority Club Member.

I can say, it was better this time around. The last stay a month ago the food was awful, but this time I actually went back for seconds. I am a Comfort Inn/Suites person; however I have been staying at the Holiday Inn my past two trips to Salisbury. Their beds are so comfortable. I was also able to get a early checkin and late checkout because we are reward members.
