Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I'm use to from Holiday Inn chain The guest staff was very inattentive. Restaurant personal had to find them upon check in. When we were eating dinner. The front desk phone rang off the hook with no one coming to answer it. There is no free simple breakfast offered at this establishment. September 9, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by air condition and guest service Upon arrival we had to wait on the clerk to come to the desk. Went down to restaurant about 30 minutes later and had to wait for desk clerk. Informed her about the room and requested another room and she stated that on that floor there were no more rooms available under the terms. I could not understand that as there were hardly any guest at the hotel. Back to our room and the air conditioner was not functioning and due to the ill reception by the clerk we opted to open the windows to get air circulating in the room. We did not get a good night's rest. In the morning at check I told the morning clerk that the windows were opened and why. I also informed her that the evening clerk was not very pleasant. The morning clerk was very professional and kind. September 6, 2014

They really went above and beyond to help make sure that I had everything I needed as a conference attendee and guest at the hotel. The bar, restaurant, and pool were fantastic, and really helped me unwind at the end of the day. August 27, 2014
