Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Customer Service Didn't ask for a wake up call because I thought I would be fine, but I ended up sleeping through my alarm and would have missed my shuttle and subsequently my flight but I got a call just before the shuttle was going to leave from the front desk to ask if I would still be on the shuttle, saved me from missing my flight! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Really Disappointed I really wanted to have a good experience at this hotel. I stayed here before I flew out of SLC as it had great reviews. As a Platinum Elite member, I do a lot of business with the hotel group. I appreciated the upgrade of my room, but there were some low quality aspecs of the room that made for a horrible experience. The toiletries in the bathroom were half empty, the room was super hot and uncomfortable all night (with plenty of attempts to cool by us) and the fire alarm went off 4 TIMES. It was SO LOUD and obnoxious and when we called down, we just got a rude unexplained response. When I mentioned it to the front desk at check out the only thing that was said was that it was an unfortunate event for us and she was surprised. It really made for a unpleasant stay that left me annoyed that I spent so many points on a nights stay at this hotel. January 19, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place for an overnight / long layover This was a quick overnight before a flight out of SLC. Nearly everything was completely satisfactory, from shuttle to shuttle. Clean and comfortable room and bed (pillows were all soft, though), standard bath amenities. Only disappointment was that, contrary to previous stays, the restaurant had closed early (ostensibly "for the holidays") just before I got there at 9:00 pm. There were some vending machine options, but I chose to go to bed hungry. January 12, 2015
