Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value hotel Relatively close to downtown. Stayed for business and staff was accomodating. Wifi wasn't that great but overall the room was decent. Wanted a room with a queen bed but had to settle for 2 doubles instead. Only downside of the stay but otherwise would recommend if on a budget and looking for close proximity to downtown. Still not walking distance though but for the price it's very reasonable October 21, 2014

The only change I would make in the room would be the use of real glasses - very small thing in the grand scheme, and I certainly understand the use of disposable cups. October 20, 2014

Room was sizeable and bathroom OK. Long walk from front desk to room and spreading design layout not conducive for walking-impaired guests. October 19, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by room needs attention Check-in took 25 minutes. Carpet coming out of elevator was matted down with dirt and halls where dark. Front door of room had to be slammed to close and bathroom door would not shut. Room needed painting and had several cosmetic problems. Room was dark and gloomy. Went back to front desk and requested refund. Staff stated there was no manager on duty and it would be 30 minutes before there would be one. Staff offered another room while we waited. Went to other room to look. It appeared OK so we took it as we couldn't find another hotel in area with an available room. Upon returning to room later that night it was discovered that TV didn't work and upon trying to take shower it was discovered that the water faucet would not turn far enough to get hot water (it would only turn half way). Upon checkout we could not get a receipt due to staff being "to busy" and if we wanted to wait she would print one out when she got a chance. October 16, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Been to better Wasn't the worst stay, but definitely won't be back. Elevator ride was a bit scary. Mold on the bathroom walls. Called front desk for toothpaste when I realized I had forgotten mine. They told me it would be right up. An hour and a half later, still no toothpaste. I finally left to go get my own.
