Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel. I chose this hotel based on reviews for this hotel and others in the area. This hotel had the best reviews. I want to love this hotel but it seems there has been a small issue or two each and every time we have stayed. Things such as the bathroom not being thoroughly cleaned (hair on floor, mold in shower), not having a coffee maker in the room or the toilet not working. None of these is major, just things that a little time needs to be spent on making sure the guest has a pleasant stay. We would likely stay here again but it would be great if some of these things were addressed. The staff is very nice and helpful always. November 13, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Clean Towels Room had not been cleaned the second day... no clean towels were left in the room and when I requested to front desk she said I needed to come to front desk to collect and when I arrived there she indicated there were ONLY TWO clean towels left. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to HI standards Front desk staff and morning restaurant staff were OK, evening staff at bar and restaurant were pretty poor. Room was not regularly cleaned during my stay. Noisy, A/C smelled musty, bed and chairs were worn and need replacing. I know HI isn't a 5 star hotel, but I've had much better stays at HI Express than this hotel. October 31, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BEST Sleep In A Long Time I wanted to take the bed and pillows home with me. That was the best sleep I have had in a long time. The only issue we have was that my husband and I stayed two nights, three days, and our room was never cleaned. We could have used clean towels, wash rags, toilet paper, cups, and more coffee. We dined in at the restaurant for breakfast, but there was only one lady working the whole restaurant. She was the hostess, waitress, busboy, cook, etc. It took two hours for us to eat breakfast.
