After a long day of travel and business, I was able to sleep in a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok, but high in carbohydrates offerings which I don't eat. August 28, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Be Wary The Hotel looks great, but the "upgraded" room had a view of the dumpster and was on the fourth floor corner where internet access is non-existent. In the room the bed stand between the two beds had a drawer that would not stay closed - as a result I scraped my knee when getting up in the middle of the night. I told the front desk clerk about the problem and she assured me it would be fixed. Not fixed. Breakfast our second day in the hotel restaurant - one man working. This one man took orders, cooked, and cleared tables. Needless to say breakfast was a very long experience. Many guests came and left because when he was cooking it looked like no one was there. The restaurant worker tried his best and worked really hard (yes, I did give him a sizable tip) but the hotel staff should have gotten him some help. We were told breakfast was free "because of the service", but I am sure many guests were willing to pay for a timely breakfast. I have stayed in quite a few Holiday Inn's and do admit this experience was unusual - still, I doubt I will stay in this particular Holiday Inn again. August 1, 2015
