Needed a place to stay before attending an early morning meeting. Arrived late in the evening, front desk put me in a suite. Excellent service all around. Would definately stay here again!

I will not stay at this Holiday Inn again. There is nothing wrong with the building, but the staff is totally disconnected, untrained, and uncaring.
First I was not recognized as a Platinum guest. This hotel does not provide any recognition of IHG rewards Platinum guests. The person that checked me in was not at all friendly and seemed uncaring. I asked for an upgrade and was simply told “no.” That was just about the total conversation with this clerk.
Second, the evening food service staff is completely clueless. The bartender is also the server for the restaurant. His appearance was unprofessional. He needed to shave and he was wearing a Callaway golf cap backwards and sideways. Not exactly a professional appearance. He was completely unresponsive to customers. He was more interested in watching TV and sending text messages than helping customers.
I intended to stay two nights, but I moved to a different hotel the second night.

We enjoy our night stay. Plenty of restaurants around. Close to the Natural Bridge Caverns and the safari.
We recommend this hotel.
