Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Front Desk, Not So Great Restaurant, Loud Guests Pros - The front desk employees were amazing. They accomadated last minute changes for my stay. They were also very courteous. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and supplied. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The heater worked great. Cons - No continental breakfast due to the restaurant. The food is overpriced. The service, to exclude the manager, was terrible. I waited over 20 minutes to order my food. I ended up getting it to-go because I waited for so long. There were a lot of loud, drunk guests roaming the hotel, leaving glasses everywhere, emphasis on loud. Parking is terrible. So much usable land wasted on too much landscaping and unnecessary islands. 20% of cars had to park on dirt. Drove around for 15 minutes one evening to look wait for parking. March 2, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel! I don't usually stay at Holiday Inn but I will now have to re-consider. This hotel reminded me of how customers need to be treated. Not only did the front office staff make you feel at home but the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make sure my food was prepared just the way I wanted it. I will DEFINITELY stay here AGAIN!!! February 10, 2015
