Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A little disappointing stay At first when we arrived everything looked clean, but once we opened the sofa-bed the mattress was full of stains, and very uncomfortable so we ended up buying an inflatable mattress, but it was not the bad part. The last day we left the hotel early and came back late at night just to find out that our room was not cleaned at all, the only explanation front desk gave me was that the cleaning staff might have forgotten to clean my room so the only thing they could do was provide me with clean towels and sheets, we had to take out the trash and make a little cleaning, it's a good thing we always try to leave the room as clean as possible so there was not much trash to take out. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Just don't try to park Great property and friendly staff....but there was a wedding being held at the property and there was no parking for guest...we were advised to park on a dirt lot, with rain expected that night. There is no alternative within walking distance and the hotel did not offer anything in the way of valet or offsite with van service. We ended up have to cruise around for almost an hour until event guest started leaving. April 16, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Dirty hotel and poor customer service We were very disappointed with our stay. While we understand that it is hard to get every little stain out of the bedding, we certainly did not expect to roll over in the bed to find a blood stain so large that one's mind could only go wild imagining what could possibly have transpired on the sheets. When we approached customer service they assured us that they would take care of it. We returned to our room later that evening to find that housekeeping had removed the dirty sheet from the bed and left a pile of clean bedding on the tv stand. They did not bother to make the bed or at the very least replace the sheet. Also, a little water had been spilled on our floor in the room. When we placed a towel over the water and applied pressure to soak it up the entire towel instantly turned black from dirt in the carpet. There was hair on the shower wall and a bug in the tub. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Upgrades aren't always an upgrade We paid for our room a month in advance and we told them we would be in late and that we wanted 2 queen beds for our family of four. We were "upgraded" to a king size bed with a pull out couch. And if that isn't bad enough they didn't even have linen in the room for the pull out couch and we arrived at 11 pm. However, they were good at getting you to seaworld and back. April 2, 2015
