Have always stayed at this location over the past 2 years when traveling to the Eagle Ford Shale region in south Tx. Will continue to stay at this location.
Have never encountered any negative issues

Shower didn't work,
Bathroom was not properly cleaned,
Will not be staying there

I don't usually stay at Holiday Inn but I will now have to re-consider. This hotel reminded me of how customers need to be treated. Not only did the front office staff make you feel at home but the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make sure my food was prepared just the way I wanted it.
I will DEFINITELY stay here AGAIN!!!

We worked painting and moving. Came back to cold showers with no hot water. Then found there was no continental breakfast because we didn't choose that option (unknown to us). The staff said there was a "full service hotel and restaurant" whatever that means
Even tho this facility is very convenient when visiting family in San Antonio and we are IHG Rewards Members we will not use this facility
The staff did not offer any concessions. A voucher for the restaurant would have been greatly appreciated. If the lack of breakfasts is how the rates are kept low, we will use other hotel chains.
