Needed to stay at Holiday Inn - SeaWorld for wedding. Called to make reservation and it was the worst experience. Rep was not aware of a special promotion they had on their website for veterans. We could not get anyone to help us with the promotion, ended up being told that the military rate was more than what the wedding party special rate was. Never received a confirmation email; Called back to cancel 1 room from original reservation request of 2 rooms and found out that my email was taken down incorrectly. Once we checked in the room smelled awful, like a moldy musty smell. The beds were very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The bedding was not thick enough so we were cold the 1st night. Noise from outside of hotel was loud. 2nd day - worked out in the morning and there wasn't any water in the water cooler that they have in the gym. Left for the day and came back around 3:30 and our room was still not clean. Called front desk and they said they would call housekeeping to see what happened. Never received a call back; about 1 hr later housekeeping came by. By then husband was asleep so I just asked for fresh towels and a blanket. Bathroom looked old and didn't smell clean. Refrigerator stared to make a loud sound during the night and woke me up and I had to go bang on it to make the noise stop.
Overall - I would never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I needed directions and they were great.

I stayed at this hotel during the off season, so the rate was low and definitely worth the price. Other than slow elevators, my hotel stay was excellent.

We have stayed here a couple times. For being a newer hotel it has had a lot of problems. Ranges from clogged sinks, dirty laundry facilities, broken shower, indoor pool smelled terrible. The service at night time at the restaurant was poor.

We had so many problems while we were there we felt like we were in a movie. The fridge was moldy and when they came to exchange one out they spilled water all over the floor and it smelled horrible, and after asking them to come clean it, no one did. The hotel food for breakfast was good, but they charged us for the wrong things (which, of course, were more money). They did that the night before when we ate dinner there. The food at dinner tasted like it was frozen or came out of a can and took them forever to get out. Then when we got in the room there was all kinds of hair in the sheets, the sheets were stained with koolaid or something and there was stains on the towel as well. Wasn't a fabulous stay. The shuttle to Sea World with Joe was great though. He was always helpful, on time and and quick. Best part of that hotel if you ask me.
