I am a Platinum Ambassador and I accrue bout 200,000 plus points a year. I also take mini vacations from time to time and stay at IHG hotels exclusively and this location by far is the worst I have ever seen.
1. No early check in for anyone, no matter what your status.
2. Only had one working elevator for a 3 day period.
3. Only two waiters in restaurant and had to wait almost 1 hour and 45 minutes to be served cold food on a hot plate. This happened not once but twice.
I have never had a horrible experience with IHG until this hotel.

I always enjoy my stay at this Holiday Inn. The folks that work there are always friendly and willing to help at any time. One of the girls that work at the front desk always stands out as going the extra mile every time I come to this Holiday Inn, her name is Lili.
The only thing I would like to see changed is the stools in the lounge, they are not comfortable at all. I think they are just wore out, there is no padding in the seats.

This was the most "eco friendly" hotel I have ever booked. I was greatly impressed with the amount of updates this hotel has to ensure that it's guests are not using more electricity and water than necessary for comfort.

The hotel, restaurant and front desk staff were excellent. They were always available, and friendly. Having a restaurant onsite was nice, but when I ordered room service one evening after a very tiring day, the order was incorrect. Another night, there was a dog barking all evening and most of the night next door. Additionally, from that same room, there was a child screaming and jumping on the bed which made their headboard hit the wall. It was not very nice, nor was it relaxing. Next time, I may reconsider staying at this hotel for this reason.

An outstanding value! We were delighted with the accommodations and the staff was exceptional. They were extremely friendly and always helpful. The pool was relaxing and a great way to end every day. The next time we have another relative graduating from Air Force Basic Training, this will be our location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. The front desk staff were very friendly. We needed extra blankets and i forgot my toothbrush. They brought us blankets and a toothbrush almost immediately!
There was so much variety for breakfast! We also ate dinner, best hamburger i've had in a very, very long time. The pizza took a long time though, but it seemed to be freshly made, so that maybe why it took so long.
Oh, and i cant forget to write about the shuttle to Sea World. The driver was very prompt , professional and personable. I was hesitant to take the shuttle, I'm so glad we did. it was so convenient and he even had cold water for us to drink (returning from Sea World) ---that was so appreciated!!
KIds enjoyed the pool too! AND, loved the decor! Contemporary with some rustic elements ;-) It even smelled fresh and clean. I think we will return to this Holiday Inn!!

The pillows and blankets are not comfortable at all and the ice machine was not working on the 5th or 6th floor. They had a dirty sock that was left in the room for the previous person that stayed in our room. Also, they were out of blankets the first night.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. It has one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever had. The shuttle to Sea World is very convienient, they drop you right at the door. This was a great stay!

I love this hotel, but my last visit was the worst expirience ever. My reservations were made a week prior to my visit, Im traveling five hours from Dallas Tx, by car, to San Antonio for SeaWorld. I called the afternoon before leaving Dallas to make sure that my rooms would be ready by the time I get there, lady that answered phone confirmed that everything would be ok when I get there. I arrive at the hotel around 2:00am to find out that there was so rooms available, The front desk clerk was very helpful and did find another hotel for us to stay and paid for the stay. That hotel was the worst place ever. They did assure us that they should have the rooms ready for us the following day by 3:00pm. I made it to the hotel at 2:00pm and had lunch with my family at the Sports Bar& Grill in the hotel (best customer service ever!!!!) and at 3:00pm on the dot I went to pay for the rooms, cash, so there wouldnt be another misunderstanding and there wouldnt have any rooms, well the rooms weren't ready, so we had to wait, which wasnt really a bad thing since we were still at the resturant. Around 4:00pm, two of the three rooms were ready, which was kind of inconvience. We had scheduled to get dropped off at SeaWorld at 5:00pm, around 4:40 we got a call from the front desk that the bus was leaving in ten minutes. So we had to rush to get ready. My thrid room was ready until 5:00pm. Not the best expierence but my nephew loves this hotel so we will be returning for our next visit to SeaWorld.

This was my first time staying here and I will be back very soon! Just minutes from Sea World and a FREE shuttle to and from Sea World! The suite was in great conditon, very clean room, bathroom, halls and lobby. Suite was on the top floor (6th) so the views were awesome. Hotel also has a great sportsbar with amazing drinks! Cannot wait to come back!

I picked this location because it's "Green" and it's near Seaworld, the reason for our visit. The hotel was experiencing problems with the fire alarm. The 1st night, while in the pool, the fire alarm went off. A few hours later, the alarm...again. Saturday morning again. Saturday evening again. My 2 year old grand-daughter was afraid to sleep because of the "Loud Noise". It's my understanding, if there is a problem on day one, it should be fixed by day two. If it's unable to be fixed, some kind of compensation should be given to those guests who had an unpleasant experience. None was given.

The rooms were small, and we had a neighbor with a child who cried most of the night, but the beds were comfortable. Had to read the directions in order to use the shower in this "green" hotel. Liked that they had recycling containers places, but if you want me to reuse the towel...have more than one towel bar!

The staff at the front desk were all very nice and friendly. The restaurant staff were nice, however the communication about the menu is not coherent. Ordered salmon, it came out without the pineapple topping and dry. My son's french fries didn't come out with his mac n cheese, had to ask for it. I was compensated with a dessert but at almost 9 at night was not very hungry for sweets. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, sleeping on the floor was more comfortable. Pillows are HALF sized or like if you had really old flat pillows and shoved them in the pillow case and folded it over. I would expect to pay less for what was provided in the room itself.

When the initial Reservations was made, the month prior, I requested joining rooms and rooms with double beds, I received one room with double beds and th other was a room with one bed and a couch that turned into a bed.
All this was paid for in advance, I feel that since it was paid for in advance, i should have been guarantted what I paid for. I did not get the joing rooms, or the other room with double beds.

Really enjoyed our stay and the location was good. The only thing that I would say is the fire alarm going off so many times. I can understand that there was an issue with the system, that it could not e helped. Overall, great staff and a good stay. Thank you!

I stayed here last week, because of spring break and I'm stuck here again. The property looks nice on the outside, but here it goes. First, I'm platinum priority and for the second time I was not offered the gift pack when there is about twenty behind the counter. Second, I placed the card out for room service at 6 PM and it was still hanging on the door the next day. Third, I did not get a bill under the door. Fourth, they did not ask me how my stay was after waiting for some time to check out. Now because of availability I'm stuck here and experiencing the same service. No priority package. I don't dare put the room service card out as I don't need to wonder if that will work. Stay at any other property. They will treat you with respect and recognize your loyalty.

I stayed here for one month. During the week, except for maybe Fridays, there was no hot water. I was told to let the water run, which I did for up to 20 minutes sometimes. This only made the water bearable but not hot by any means. The couple of times I ate downstairs or ordered room service, the food was average tasting at best. The rooms are not very insulated, you can here other guests on each side of your room with no problem. I should have changed hotels but didn't want to deal with the hassle being on government TDY and all. I would not stay here again.

At checkin, as a Platinum member I asked for drink coupons. The receptionist told us they were out of them. Strike 1
No breakfast vouchers in our folio...we had to ask for them. Strike 2.
We had two rooms. Lights burnt out in both rooms. Strike 3
Went to iron clothes in the morning....no iron or ironing board in the room Strike 4
Printer at "business center" non functional...Strike 5
No breakfast buffet because staff did not show. Order off menu. Over 20 minutes for bagle and sausage links. I felt sorry for the man functioning as waiter.---Strike 6
Two outs in the bottom of the ninth...we cancelled our second night and stayed at another property

Really enjoyed my stay here. There is a nice fitness room with towels and a water cooler. The attached restaurant and bar is nice, but breakfast service can be very slow-be careful if you are in a hurry. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Day #1....checked into room, not offered upgrade as I am a Platinum member and facility was not that busy. Got into room and noticed makeup on pillow cases. Requested to have pillow cases and sheets changed....bedding left at my room door for ME to change!
Day #2....No service to my room, I was told I must have called in to request that my room not be cleaned...why would I do that? They sent someone up at 8:30pm to clean room, upon me getting back after that my key does not work.
Day #3....No coffee replenished, no soaps, no shampoos and no towels replaced.
Day#4....Checking out......NEVER to come back to this hotel ever, to find out that I am charged more for my room than agreed!
I used to come to this hotel often....never again will I go back. Terrible service and not clean at all. NOT how you treat anyone!

Upon my arrival at the hotel, i was not greeted as a priority club member. as i was excited about my 1st paid stay as a platinum member. upon entering my room there was a blanket over my televison and the pillows were on the chair. i called the front desk and asked if someone else was in this room, and explained my findingsand asked if the tv was broken. i was told nobody else was checked in there and well just to remove the the blanket that they tv was fine.
Later that evening as i was about to shower the, shower was dirty with hair. i took the liberty to clean it, but didnt call since nothing was done before i didnt think any thing would be done this time
i usually have a very pleasant expirence at this property, but not this time

Great room with comfortable beds! Cory (front desk) and Donna (Restaurant) offered the best service. Several towels needed to be taken out of circulation! Hotel, gym and indoor pool well kept. Overall enjoyed our stay!
