Lily at the front desk was great. The first room we went to was dirty, had to change. Bad first impression . The restaurant was awful! the staff seemed undertrained, and not managed. It was always dirty. The tables were always dirty. They ran out of bagels, at 7:30, and said that would be it for the day. That seemed pretty early in the morning to be out for the day, could someone go to the store? The worst I experienced was having to use plastic silverware in a restaurant !!! Why didn't someone just wash the silverware, or clean a table to get more silverware to wash!! It boggled my mind. It made you think the whole hotel was dirty and not managed well. The hotel it self is nice, the beds are comfortable, when they are clean. The staff just did not seem ready for a full hotel. It was a shame really.

Very few customers in cafe. servers and wait staff I had to go and find them and wait a long time for my food and when I did get it food was cool. Could not get them to come back by for a refill so I had to go to the bar and get it myself.

Love staying here every time we go to sea world. Great location. Kids Eat free. Shuttle to sea world is Great.
