The hotel is a beautiful property, loved the rooms, especially the hardwood floors.
Room service, business center and the downstairs food/beverage station were great.
Best part was definitely the staff, everyone was professional and courteous, especially the night manager Steven.

Mie esposa y yo pasamos esta noche en San Antonio y el hotel nos parecio muy agradable. El servicio que recibimos de los empleados fue muy amable y muy eficaz. Hicimos uso del valet parking que tambien fue de gran calidad. En general este hotel nos encanto y por supuesto que estamos dispuestos a regresar a el en nnuestro proximo viaje.

I stayed at the hotel for a meeting, which was at the convention center. The service was excellent. It was nice to see Carlos, and the rest of the staff in the restaurant. They have been there several years, and are all very friendly and courteous.
The room was very comfortable and clean, and it was also very quiet .

Celebrated my daughters birthday on the River Walk and can't beat the location and comfort of this Holiday Inn. When available, I stay here every time.

Great room with a super view overlooking the Riverwalk !!!
The measurement of great customer service and achieving customer satisfaction is how the hotel staff handles a problem or issue when they happen. Am happy to say that Steven and Bonnie at the front desk really stepped up to the plate in customer service when first our room wasn't ready on check in and secondly when it wasn't cleaned the next day when we were seeing the local historical sights. Their cheerful and helpful attitudes and follow up point accomodations eliminated our disappointments.
Would definitely recommend this location.
