Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay at San Francisco We stay a nigth in this hotel, close to the Wharf and to the line F for a junciton with the DART, no need to take a car (too expensive to park it). The staff was very helpfull for all information and help on our questions. A pool (a bit cold) and a fitness room were here if you have time. July 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location If you visiting SF for leisure and looking for close proximity to Fisherman's Wharf and Alcatraz, you will not find a better IHG location. Place can get very busy during the summer with many families and organized tours. Very nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast but highly overpriced, especially when comparing to multiple options just around the corner. Will definitely consider staying there again. July 28, 2015

This hotel was excellent, it was located in a great area for us and we loved everything about it. The staff was so nice and our rooms were spacious, clean and had a great view of San Francisco! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing I have stayed at a number of IHG hotels - in fact they are my default search setting, but this was not one of my better experiences: The Good - some of the staff were polite, friendly and genuinely helpful. The Bad - one member of staff - check in - was rude, snide and particularly unhelpful. The Ugly - Prices were very high and I am not sure I have ever encountered 2 gratuity boxes on the same bill before - one filled in and another one blank. This seemed particularly excessive as it was a self service breakfast buffet. Overall I would not return to this hotel in in SanFran again and found it a disappointing experience July 27, 2015
