Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Hidden cost / parking nightmare parking at this location is a nightmare.. under ground parking is full when there is events and off site parking is recommended by staff at $39 price tag.. But in hotel parking for a night is $49... FOR MY STAY parking was not disclosed. hotel very clean close to wharf..... but the fraction of the cost for a room is what is charged for parking.. felt like getting a room for my car just about LOL.....Dennys restaurant is on site very good service....even with spending money at local restaurant they valet for parking NOT here... Tourist location so means tourist charges even for Holiday Inn frequent users. WOW ...... May 20, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Exelente ubicación, mala sonorización Cuenta con una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la principal zona turística de SF, con múltiples restaurantes a los alrededores y una muy buena relación costo-beneficio. Lo que en mi opinión baja la calificación, es la sonorización de la habitación, ya que al estar muy cerca de la zona de restaurantes y bares, y no contar con un buen aislamiento del ruido externo, durante gran parte de la noche y madrugada se escucha demasiado ruido, además de que muy temprano por la mañana se escucha mucho el camión de la basura. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by good location bad value The rooms are old and moldy. The beds had bugs under the sheets and the comforter looked like it had not been washed in months. The room condition was generally un-clean. The carpets are dirty and nasty looking. The wall paper was peeling off the walls and the bathroom was old and out dated. By comparison the room at the Vacaville holiday inn express was 1,000 times better for half the price. I used way to many points on a room in this condition. May 18, 2015
