The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the location is ideal for walking around and playing tourist along the waterfront of San Francisco. Definitely will book this property again when I'm next in The City by the Bay. January 26, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Good location, poor quality Stayed at the Holiday Inn, Fishermans Wharf for two nights, 3rd floor room with a view of a brick wall, dark and miserable. The furnishings are dated, the beds small, struggled to share one with my husband because the mattress sagged in the middle, very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are small with a reduced countertop space. Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, the buffet choice was very poor in choice and quality, the price comparable to a four star gourmet hotel, would not recommend. January 25, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Eh The hotel was fine, the room was okay, the bathroom was downright gross. There was old toothpaste spatter all over the sink and the Kleenex holder next to it. The bathtub didn't drain, so when showering not only was I standing in a pool of what I had been washing off myself, but also the pool of what my husband had washed of himself just before I got in. Usually Holiday Inn is satisfactory for a stay, but if this had been my first and only experience with the chain, I would not return. January 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel for the location An overall pleasurable stay. Rather difficult to find because of the two buildings on different streets and a rather lackluster lobby. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. However, the best part of the stay was the genuinely friendly staff. Mary, in particular, showed top-quality hospitality in making me feel welcome with a genuine smile, cheerful attitude, and efficient service. January 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great for leisure difficult for business Overall a nice and clean hotel at a great place. The staff is always very kindly and supporting everytime when ever its requested. The only weak point but this is for business absolutly recommended is the very, very weak WLAN network. Donwload of an Email with 7MB attachment needed more than 30 minutes. Sorry but this is at this time for this kind of money unacceptable., January 23, 2015

I had only a little snack and coffee though, coffee and snack were good also. My room was near by pool area so a little loud at night but around 9 pm, the area was quiet again. I was so tired of my delay travel so wanted to sleep earlier the night. January 23, 2015
